I have been waiting 3 days for my requested documents to be reviewed and still not done. I contacted customer service and they said they have no control on verification. Absolutely no issue depositing the money though and... although they're holding my withdrawal.. I can still depositing I choose. Strange how that works and starting to feel like all the other negative reviews relating to this show this is a scam.

Signed up Jeffbet deposited £40 new customer offer, this was bet £10 get a £30 free bet. I staked £10 and other bets. My £10 staked bet won and I was given the £30 free bet. I bet the £30 free bet and from it won £120. The £120 went into a bonus pot and not my main balance with my other monies, went on to the bonus pot and it said I had to stake the £120 again. 1st scam. Tried to stake money but it kept trying to take the money from my main balance not the side bonus pot. Contacted customer support and told the £120 I had could not be used or withdrawn. I had to lose all my main balance (£75) before I could stake any if the £120 i had won fair and square. I said I will withdraw the £75 and then I can use the £120 to be told if I withdraw i automatically give up the bonus money I had won. 2nd scam. I advised support this is not fair and wasn't made clear at all. Told tough its in Ts & Cs. Then told all bookmakers operate like this. Advised Jeffbet support they do not and I have never heard of this before. Advised Skybet, paddy power, bet 365 do not do this if you stake a bet get a free bet then win with these companies your winnings are yours. Told tough again and Ts & Cs were available for me to read. Told either withdraw the £75 and lose the £120 i had won or lose the £75 so I can then stake money from the £120 to try and win money back that way - so much for safer gambling! Scam company will never use again. Stay well away from this company I wouldn't even call them a bookmaker.

Have had a rubbish experience with this website. I registered, deposited and bet the required amount to get a bonus bet, but when i tried to use it i couldnt. The website is hard to navigate and isnt optimised for mobile use, and there is no app. I had to complain to get the free bet re-added and when it was my account was then blocked. Customer Services said I had added a self-exclusion, this is not true and I can only think they added the exclusion, but why I do not know! The CS team is responsive to correspondence but I have been so frustrated with the website and the experience and would not recommend it. I am still trying to resolve the free bet and exclusions issue and once it is I will close my account.

The website is awful, I find it impossible to even find my open bet.
Reading the rules about the free bets, I find that they also have a 700% wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn.
This bunch of cowboys should be avoided at all costs!

Twice I have had issues with jeffbet. Once I won on a game but it cleared the funds so I didn't receive it. I contacted customer support but that was a waste of time. The skirt around the issue and don't resolve it. Now I have had another issue. The game I played was progressing until a fault occurred. I lost the progress on the bonuses after spending quite a bit of money on it. Again I contacted customer support. Answered all there questions. They completely turned my answers around and said everything was fine on their side. I'm sure it was but not on my side. Scamming people. They don't resolve any issues. Stay away from this dreadful site

My account has 50 free bingo tickets but site will not let me use... keeps coming up with an error message. I have emailed many times and waited for nearly two months.
