Excellent customer service
During a recent house move, I misplaced one of the arms for my MX450 monitor stand. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement arm, and they immediately went above and beyond my expectations.
Without hesitation, they offered to send me a new arm free of charge. Their prompt response, willingness to assist, and generous offer greatly impressed me.
The new arm arrived quickly. I am incredibly grateful for the company's outstanding customer service.
I highly recommend Invision Technology for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They have earned my loyalty and I will continue to support them in the future.

I asked for advise to mount a monitor arm. Not only did Invision (the vendor) get back to me quickly, but provided a ton of options how to improve the way I had mounted the arm. Totally solved my problem.

Good product and price with great support
Great TV bracket product at decent price. I've bought a few invision brackets now for myself and family. What makes me return has been the great customer support, UK based, was able to get someone on the phone to help advise how to adjust bracket for my TV. Another time I'd lost a part (my fault not invisions) and they shipped one out complementary. Great company.

This is the 2nd bracket (HDTV-L) i've had from you. They are very sturdy & well made. With the 2nd one though I have an issue, not major, but, the spanner included doesn't fit the bolts that attach the bracket to the wall.

Hi Tony, Thanks so much for your review, it is appreciated! My apologies for any confusion regarding the spanner that is included with the fitting pack and please allow me to clarify its use.
The spanner which we include is specifically just to remove the securing bolts as detailed in step 1 of the instructions. To mount the bracket to the wall, again, as mentioned in the instructions, you need to use a drill and the relevant drill bit depending on the type of wall you are mounting to (so either a 10mm masonry drill bit or a 4mm wood drill bit)

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company, excellent quality product and exceptional customer service.
My wall mounted TV had to be replaced, I had purchased the HDTV-DL bracket back in 2017, lost the instructions and spares.
I emailed Invision who responded the next working day with the installation instructions and informing me they had dispatched a full set of installation screws which I received the following day.
I needed to contact Invision again as I still needed help with the configuration of the bracket on my new TV. Within the hour Invision got back to me with the information I needed, we are now up and running :-)
A big thank you to Lorna and the team for all their help.

Solved a problem
I recently bought a new tv to fit into the wall recess next to the fireplace. I bought a wall bracket at the time but it didn't fit the TV as it covered the power inlet. I tried another bracket but no luck. I found Invision Technology on the net and gave them a ring, explained my problem. They couldn't have been more helpful and recommending a solution. I was sent extra spaces and bolts to create a space for the power supply. I ordered the HDTV-E bracket. I have now fitted the bracket and I'm very pleased with the quality of the bracket (especially for the price) and the customer service was excellent I would recommend Invision Technology
