My experience of dealing with Invicta Investment Properties and Akbar Khan, was very pleasant and stress-free. Akbar is extremely well informed and flexible with his approach to dealing with clients. I look forward to expanding my portfolio using Invicta’s services.

It was our first time purchasing a property abroad so we were a little anxious.
After doing some research and speaking to several brokers, I luckily spoke to Mark who made me feel comfortable from the very first telephone call. Mark fully understood our requirements and presented us with a property which best suited our needs. Henry had a great idea to set up a whatsApp group whereby the entire process was patiently and seamlessly co-ordinated between us, Invicta and Nasser, who is the developer's representative based in Dubai.
I can firmly say that this was one of the most easiest and exciting things I have ever done!

Invicta were excellent on our recent purchase in Dubai. I had lived in the city for 10 years previously and frankly was put off the market by the reputation and my experience of estate agents on the ground. However, this was totally different, excellent market knowledge including wider economic factors, good stock, honest appraisal, proactive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We bought another a month later when a particularly attractive pre-release was brought to our attention. Henry is first-class.

I had in mind like many, I am sure,"if ever possible," perhaps I could purchase a property in Dubai. I started browsing online and came across a few agencies, including Invicta. I called quite a few, and many were giving conflicting information and so on. I then contacted Invicta, "The next on my list." I can honestly say, luckily I did, as they were brilliant!!
Declan picked up the phone, and I did explain what I was looking for, but that it was my first time, I would have needed a mortgage, etc...... Declan has been honest throughout, told me what I could have and what I could not have, answered all my queries, and I had many! He put me in touch with a broker so I could understand the full process on taking a mortgage, found me a property, negotiated directly with the developer to slightly amend their payment plans to suit what I could do, and I am fully aware that this wasn't easy but he succeeded.
Many agencies will not give the time of day if the funds aren't ready, but Declan was completely different and went out of his way, and by doing so, I have purchased my first property in Dubai.... for this, I thank Invicta as in reality, I never thought I would have been able to purchase a property in JVC Dubai.

We bought an apartment through DECLAN in Invictia. We had contact with several companies and individuals before but DECLAN was the one who was able to build trust. He combined information for DUBAI first time buyers and presure to get things done the right way. When he had one day in the morning the right opportunity the relation was grown so we could take a decision inside hours and close the deal. But also this did not end the engagement of DECLAN. He helped afterwards when some adjustments with the building company had to be done as well when we further in process decided to add my wife to the contract. GREAT SERVICE and i would recommend for everybody
