Ive been dealing with Akbar at Invicta Properties since Aug 2023. My initial enquiry was about what would be achievable for me on my budget. I was nervous at first as I thought I'd be laughed at and told to go away, but quite the opposite. Akbar has always been so supportive and helpful. Since our first messages via WhatsApp, we've communicated via zoom calls, phone calls and emails. He is so friendly and super helpful. After a year of procrastinating and wondering if it was the right thing for me, I finally took the plunge and I'm currently in the process of making my dream come true, owning a property in the Emirates. Not once did Akbar seem frustrated or annoyed over the past year. He always said, 'it has to be right for you'.
The process has been made so much smoother and he's gone out of his way to make sure he got me the best deal. Even on the day when I needed to pay my deposit, he waited patiently whilst the bank took me through painstaking measures to authorised the transaction.

This is a honest opinion from somebody that actually bought through them and everything was transparent, I didn't had any trust issues at any point and everything turned out to be amazing in the end!
