This is my second review for the matter that’s going on as we paid rs.271000 on 25 July 2026 and one the basis of reviews we hold our order same day and due to unavailability of that product we cancelled the order on 27 July and had arguments with Interwood Lahore ,I posted my experience on google and this Trustpilot platform and my matter still not resolved by INTERWOOD LAHORE ,
No one is giving back our money rs. 271000 for no reason this is totally a crime !!!!
Interwood is biased towards his unprofessional employees now mr. Hassan playing game and again forcing me to remove comment which I posted after had a bad experience with Interwood lahore ,I paid for my order or product well not for comment mind it ! as I informed Interwood that your manager and sales man threatened me named “mr umair mr. Asif” now holding my money since more than two months seems purposely , you people are playing with our patience !
Mr. Kashif Ali informed me that my money won’t be gone anywhere but keeping my money at Interwood not justifiable at all .where is its audit department ??
Despite of several messages ,emails ,telephonic conversation everyone at INTERWOOD LAHORE is playing gimmicks and not giving our hard earn money back

Extremely Poor Experience with Interwood – Unprofessional Service, Damaged Furniture & Complete Disappointment

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Interwood. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a premium furniture brand.

We trusted Interwood for our office setup, expecting professional delivery, safe handling, and quality service. Unfortunately, what we received was completely opposite. The shipment was delivered at midnight through an unsafe local truck, with unprofessional staff who had no proper training in handling expensive office furniture.

The delivery process was careless and unacceptable. The team ignored basic handling instructions, threw boxes during unloading, and delivered items with markings and orientation instructions completely ignored. As a result of this negligence, multiple expensive furniture items were damaged.

Despite charging PKR 60,000 for freight and installation, Interwood failed to provide the professional transportation and installation service that was promised. Instead of a proper freight arrangement and trained installation team, the shipment arrived in a dirty damaged truck being used for transporting iron and steel materials. This is not the level of service expected from a brand claiming premium quality.

The damaged items include:

* Executive Table Main Unit
* Executive Table Side Rack
* Central Table
* Director Table
* Manager Chair

The matter was immediately reported to the responsible representatives, and complete evidence, including pictures and videos, was shared. However, the inconvenience caused, wasted time, damaged furniture, and poor coordination have seriously affected our office preparations.

This experience has damaged our trust in Interwood. A company’s reputation is not built only on selling products; it is built on after-sales service, professionalism, and customer care. Unfortunately, Interwood has failed badly in all these areas.

I strongly recommend customers to think carefully before placing large orders unless Interwood improves its delivery standards, handling procedures, and customer support.

A premium brand should provide a premium experience — not excuses, delays, and damaged products.

I recently purchased a brand-new Interwood Nova Manager Chair, and right out of the box, one of the handle height adjustments was completely defective.I immediately contacted Interwood and provided them with full video proof of the issue. Instead of offering a replacement part for a premium, brand-new product, their customer service told me I have to detach the faulty part and ship it to them via TCS just to get it repaired (not replaced!). My only other option was to wait for an on-site technician, but I was told their team has zero plans to visit my city anytime soon.It is completely unacceptable to force a customer to handle the logistics of dismantling and shipping a brand-new item for a repair just because they do not live in a major service hub. Interwood shifts the burden of their quality control failures onto the buyer. I highly discourage anyone living outside their main cities from buying their products.

I ordered a table and four chairs from Interwood. It was quite expensive at over 2 lac rupees so I was expecting good quality. First of all, they sent the furniture in parts and took almost 3 months to deliver all four chairs and the table. That too, after my repeated calls, messages and complaints. Secondly, the customer service is extremely poor. Their staff dealing with my order didn’t bother answering the calls or replying to messages most of times. I was losing hope of ever receiving my stuff. The mental stress I had because of them is beyond words. The most important part, QUALITY is very low for such expensive stuff. Specially the table came badly scratched and looks very old and second hand . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND. They are not worth spending your hard earned money on.

Don't ever order anything from there website they don't keep there word or deadline.. they ask full payment to proceed yet you don't get your stuff and wait for months... you call for complain and they say we are going to arrange for call back... still you don't get any call....any feedback...

Very unprofessional. Miss commitment every time. Their website will show product, upon ordering, most of the time product is undelivered. Upon enquiry, they would say product is unavailable. They waste your time. Highly not recommended. Very expensive also.

I ordered a bedset Oliver 2.0 the installation team of two people set it up and found at that moment that the head of the bed was damaged with a crack and the led light of one side was also not working, its been a month now they took my review written as well I called them several times and the customer service is always telling me they will arrange a call with senior team but what they are doing is wasting my time and the money i spent on this damaged part. Was literally not expecting this from such a big company with a good repo. I don't know if they ever will replace this head of my bed or I have to keep this damaged part. Its really not worth the money!
The installation team was good but overall I would rate them 4/10.
