Great customer service and quick delivery
We had a great experience with Internal Doors. I phoned on a Monday late afternoon for a quote. Layla was very helpful on the phone and sent the quote over the next morning. I paid for the doors on Tuesday and they were delivered on Thursday. Thank you for a quick turn around.

Great quality.
Doors arrived on allotted day and packaged well, no damage. We have just had them hung and are very pleased with them. Good Quality.

First time purchasing and a happy customer
First time ever purchasing doors and so I researched a lot of options online. I thought the doors sounded like a heavier quality than other options and I wasn’t wrong. Delivery was fast. On arrival they were heavier than expected and are a massive improvement on my old doors. I’m a happy customer and would use Internal Doors again.

Iinternaldoors' service was head and shoulders above other suppliers we tried, with prompt responses and a willingness to explain the standards we needed to meet.
Layla took a lot of time to understand our requirements, walking me through the options together with what was likely to suit our building. Her immense patience as we went through iterations of the quote is greatly appreciated.
I'd happily recommend internaldoors to anyone with complicated needs for new doors in their property.

Bought 3glass and 1 solid door pre…
Bought 3glass and 1 solid door pre finished Mexicano. Told them when ordering I had to take about 30mm of the width was told that would be ok as the fillets were 20mm. The ordering the delivery etc all spot on. Had a problem with one door marked on both sides also said you could take 16mm a side off but the fillet on one door was only 16mm . Rang to make them aware of the problems and if I was to be charitable the customer service after that was abysmal.

We’d like to clarify that the trimming allowance for our doors is indeed 16mm per side. When trimmed within this specification, the solid oak core should not be exposed.
As for the concerns raised about the marked door, we always strive for the highest quality, and any such imperfections should have been reported to our team at the earliest opportunity. We take these matters seriously and would have been happy to assist had we been made aware.
We would appreciate the chance to resolve this for you and have emailed you directly. If you could reply back to this email with the required images, we can of course get the matter looked into.
