Did not look anything like the website photo and actually looked smaller, which was disappointing. It was delivered on time, and I was told it smelled nice.
That said, the last bouquet I ordered was awesome and definitely worth a 5-star rating. Hopefully this is just a one-off, especially with Mother’s Day just around the corner.

Beautiful bouquet
Beautiful bouquet, chocolates were mini though, thought it would have been an actual box of chocolates as displayed in picture.
Overall Interflora NZ were great at replying to my email, delivery was after 2pm as I requested. Thanks 😊

Delivery left outside
The flowers were left outside an office building. They were only found by chance by one of my wife’s colleagues as they went out for lunch.

Thanks Natasha, that is very kind of you to say! Thanks for supporting local florists, every Interflora bouquet is made by a local florist in our 140 plus nationwide network, with fast flower delivery and same day options when you need them.
No tracking! No confirmation! No clue if what you’ve paid $100’s for is worth it?!
I found the ordering process easy enough but the tracking I was given didn’t work and so there was no way of knowing whether the recipient got them which sucks when you spend so much money ($150+ paying extra for rapid delivery) there’s also no proof that they are going to supply and deliver what’s pictured on their website and this is nerve wracking when you’ve ordered for something so special like empathy flowers to send to a loved one following a loss, again the added stress of not knowing if it has been delivered??! Or even what florist completed the job!
It’s 2026 and your system needs to be reviewed as it’s stuck in the 90’s!.
For this reason alone I would not use their services again!!

communication wasnt good
First received email at 7 am the day after they were meant to be delivered, saying they were going to be delivered today and had passed the order onto the local florist, then later I received an email from orders saying they had been delivered, but with no sender details. I had written details online as to who they were from.
email advised i could let the recipients know myself or they could let them know but they had been already delivered without a message that they were from me, I responded to email but no reply from Interflora or the florist that delivered them i feel that they had my details email and mobile they could of rang me before they were delivered to fix this
