Just the right choice.
Relied on you to choose the flowers and soft toy plus a pamper pack for my Grand daughter in hospital and going by the photos I got back, the whole package was just right. Thank you. I'm in Rakaia so Starship Hospital is a long way away so it is wonderful to be able to rely on you to allow us to show that we care.

Farewell bouquets are perfect for celebrating NZ culture
My order was place just after 10am in the morning and I received it a little after 4pm.
The bouquets more beautiful than I expected. It was picture perfect. As I saw it on the website, thats how I received it.
The only suggestion is that a tracking tool needs to be developed to see which h florist it's sent to. The process they take to get it too delivery and who it will be be delivered with. I found the in-between process a bit nerve wracking not knowing whats happening. However, I will definitely continue to purchase through interflora as I've also used there service for international deliveries and I've never been disappointed

Brilliant delivery service, my order was Stunning.
I was incredibly impressed with the flowers I ordered, they were absolutely beautiful. My only feedback would be that I did not receive a confirmation that my order had been received. As I placed the order on Sunday afternoon for delivery on Monday, I did feel a bit anxious throughout the day. That said, they arrived at 1:30 and were gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering again.

Overall making a order is quick an easy to navigate on the website the only thing that's not cool is knowing the size of the chocolates which is very expensive for a box of 9 pack for 30 dollars which was very disappointing I've had better for a cheaper price so that's why I'm giving a 4 star otherwise flowers are great delivery is good. Also I would just like to note that when sending and email i don't get a reply which is bad for communication not sure why or if anyone else has experience as we'll.

Delivered in time , flowers & vase beautiful , however very expensive delivery especially when the store was in Auckland and the flowers were going to a person in Auckland

I sent flowers to my sister in…
I sent flowers to my sister in hospital.
She was placed in HDI where flowers are not allowed. The first I knew about it was when I received notification from Interflora who asked for an alternative delivery site. I contacted my grandson who lives only a few miles from the hospital and the flowers were delivered there. He has since taken them to my sister now that she is in a ward.

Wonderful, prompt service. Really appreciated a rep reaching out when I hadn't included who was sending the flowers. My only advice would be, it would be great to have an update once the flowers have been delivered - so we know they had arrived safely.
