I ordered the Shell dress two months ago and first didn't even get a conformation message for my order. But they still took the money. I tried to reach them on instagram and e-mail, but they just ignored my messages. After 1 month I got an e-mail with the order confirmation and the order number. I waited another month but still nothing. I wrote them again on instagram but still no answer. Then I wrote them an e-mail saying that I will need an answer from them about my order and if it has been even shipped or else get a refund. After that I got an e-mail with my order status and that it is still in progress.

I know mistakes can happen and an order can take longer, especially when it is handmade. But just ignoring a costumer and not letting them know about an order is really bad costumer service.

Hopefully I will receive my order in a week as promised and be happy with the dress.

Totally recommend this brand! Their products are mindblowing... I wear my she shell very often and the quality is very good. If you want to purchase from them just check the production time of the garments. As they are slowfashion they do everything handmade. Cant wait to order more pieces from them!

I ordered 3 items in June and never received them despite emailing them about it several times. I emailed them several times, but they only responded to me once and kept ignoring me. Only the social media team responded, but they now stopped and blamed the customer service team.

For the last 4 months, they had promised me that my order was "ready to ship next week" about 3 times - but nothing happened. 2 out of 3 items were advertised as being "in stock", and 1 item was to be made on order.

After I asked again about the status of the order and they told me it was marked by mistake as "refunded" because I had cancelled part of the order and so it was never shipped. They've agreed to cancel my full order and refund me, but it's been a week and they have gone silent - ignored my emails and messages to this day.

Very disappointing experience, no customer service.

Update: after promising a refund and not responding to my emails, they shipped my order despite my request. I ended up having to pay import processing fees. The quality of items was mixed: one dress that poorly fits with heavy synthetic fabric, one t-shirt with very thin material, and on kimono with extremely thick fabric that is well constructed but a lot stiffer than shown on the photos
