Great service from start to finish. Anya, Jake and the team pushed my re-mortgage on in a very quick timescale. The online portal worked well and communication throughout was very good. I would highly recommend.

The re mortgaging process was made very simple and support was provided at each step in the process.

As I was abroad during during the re-mortgaging process communications needed to be clear and timely. The Abbie's team ensured this was the case and I returned home to find the whole process had been completed without a hitch.

Rely too heavily on the Portal system. Whilst appearing to show logical steps in a simple manner, I received numerous emails requesting information; I assume auto generated from the portal, when information was in their possession and it took human intervention in the form of myself, case worker and mortgage advisor to confirm this each time

Just completed the remortgage after a fairly arduous process. The team were as helpful as they could have been, but the system is really quite convoluted. Had to send several emails to get the correct property address on the mortgage deed. We got there in the end, but all felt like a bit of a slog to be honest.

1st Class service for my remortgage. All done online, which is great when I drive for a living and so unable to take calls during work hours. The app and the process was very simple and easy to follow. When I had any queries Anya and Jake answered my emails clearly and quickly.

Great help from Abbie to get our remortgage through swiftly. She answered all our questions quickly and we were really happy with the process.

Our experience with Integrar has been extremely disappointing. Their service suffers from massive communication problems — messages are inconsistent, delayed, or simply not addressed at all. Even worse, they share information with customers without properly verifying the details, which creates confusion and undermines trust.

At no point did we receive proper guidance or advice on the best way forward. Instead of acting as a supportive partner, they left us to figure things out on our own. This lack of responsibility and care is unacceptable from a service provider.

Overall, Integrar has shown a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before working with them.

Have to say that the staff , in particular Aissa and Holly were super efficient and patient. Kept me informed all the way and were very helpful when I had a problem electronically signing documents.

Integrar missed my re-mortgage completion date because they botched the paperwork. They didn’t even notice—I had to chase them to find out what went wrong and push the application forward. It cost me money and caused a lot of stress.

Emailed me to introduce themselves on behalf of my lender. Did not send the introduction pack as per their initial email and proceeded to send me reminder emails asking for documents to be uploaded which were not explained were required. When I got round to uploading them they then said they needed to be posted and I needed "certified ID" which again was never explained.

Delighted with the service provided by Integrar with regards to my remortgage. Sincere thanks to Chloe and Lily who were fantastic from start to finish and managed my case with upmost professionalism, diligence and care. Despite having only a small timeframe from the mortgage application date, this was achieved in a stress-free, friendly, and painless process. Many thanks to you both!

Integrar dealt with my remortgage via HSBC. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Special thanks to Aissa for keeping me informed at every stage!

They were the appointed conveyancers on my remortgage by HSBC. Very sloppy work, unprofessional, they spam you with conflicting emails, some system generated others by actual case workers. I had provided all my docs months before the remortgage completion dates yet they waited until the last few days to review the docs, and took absolutely ages to confirm all is on order, 1 business day before completion. If you have a choice, do not use them.

I had good communication with Misheel and any issues were responded to. The remortgage went through without issue. I did find all the tracking systems confusing and not as useful as i think they are meant to be.

We have had a great experience, Amarachi made it so easy for us to sort the legal side of our mortgage. Would highly recommend.
