In an age where it is decreasingly possible to speak with a genuine human being, where personal service is a dying art, I cannot fault INSURD. I can readily and happily say the customer service is exemplary, Ashley has always been exceptional to speak with, always considerate and helpful, a true pleasure. I feel it's time for us all to make that shift change back to loyalty with a particular service because the people skills are as valuable a the product.

I contacted this company after receiving a quote on a comparison website. The representative I spoke with appeared entirely unengaged and placed me on hold few times (as expected), only to casually inform me that the online quote had been rejected by their insurers. They then offered a new price that was £250 plus (20%) higher than the original quote.

This experience felt like a classic "bait-and-switch" tactic designed to get customers on the phone before increasing the rate.

Lewis was amazing, very helpful, polite and patient with helping me set up a new policy. Couldn't have asked for a better person

Proper customer service!

I have had many quotes and phone calls regarding my business insurance and everyone you speak to just wants to add things onto the trade policy without you wanting or asking for it. These are different!

I dealt with Jade Hough and she was nothing but incredible! I had a call back after submitting some info online one night and the next day I had a phone call from Insurd. Jade was on the other end and she was more than helpful! I explained that I had a lot on and she took her time to get all the details required and then emailed me the price which I was happy with. Replied asking for her to give me a call tomorrow and bang on time she called. I was caught up again at the time of phone call and she called back bang on time again in the afternoon.

After carefully explaining everything and then giving me all the time in the world to chat about it, I then proceeded and will be adding more onto my insurance with her.

Honestly 20/10 isn't enough. Jade is fantastic and I love the fact that whenever I require any info or wish to add anything on, I can request a call from Jade direct.

Customer service is outstanding, with staff consistently attentive and responsive to customer needs. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone seeking affordable taxi insurance, as the coverage options are comprehensive and competitively priced. The only aspect that could use improvement is their app, which currently lacks intuitive design and user-friendly features, making it somewhat challenging to navigate for less tech-savvy users.

Honesty and integrity is what business build there foundations to being successful.
Having experienced an unfortunate theft of my motor vehicle , left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Then having to start the process of shifting through the insurance providers for my new vehicle was emotionally exhausting and left me feeling vulnerable for excessive spike in policy premiums.
How ever this was until I spoke to Micheal Hayes from Insurd.
He was very professional and very knowledgeable of the situation and managed the process thoroughly.
Micheal micro managed the policy and navigated through any hidden costs, and still maintaining the company values throughout.
I was very pleased with the price of my policy, and I would highly recommend Insurd to friends and family.
Micheal should be awarded for his hard work and dedication to the business, so well done.

Got quote from online give me price £2400 give me reference number can’t pay online says call us when I call them he says the reference number you give can’t find details you need to give me details again then I says ok he take my car details about driving he didn’t ask my name or anything the mean he got my details but want to scam me and after half hour call including hold in between he say the cheapest prices I get £4500 what online quote was £2400 way is so much different saying oh the information missing which council you want work from I put the in now what a joke these guys never ever recommend company who scam you like this 👎🏼
