Ease of booking even though there was a bad line and a slight language barrier but we sorted everything out with no problem.

I had found it very hard to get reasonably priced insurance for my husband who has prostate cancer, even though it has been treated and is just in the hormone maintenance stage right now.

Insurewith clearly understood that it is of low risk and requested an appropriate premium - which I was happy to pay.

Their customer service was excellent and they are very friendly. Recommend them to anyone having the same problem - well just to anyone actually!!!

The reason we took insurance with this company was owing to the unfortunate health situation we found ourselves in. When that situation returned and meant we could not travel, the last thing I wanted was a protracted insurance claim. InsureWith ensured that is exactly what I didn't have, they dealt with my claim efficiently and fast. Monies were paid into my account within days of making the claim. I can't relay how appreciative of this we were, we have more important things to focus on at the moment. When we're fit to travel, we will 100% use this company again.

The member off staff sorted out my quote as I had filled it in wrong he explained it all very clearly and got me a great quote would recommend this company to anyone with health issues

I was very disappointed in this insurance company. I spent ages inputting our information to obtain a quote. The system froze on several occasions. I persevered only to be met with a page asking me to ring. I got through to obviously a call centre outside of the UK, the line was really bad. The line kept breaking up. I was then told that the insurance had been refused which is opposite to their marketing strategy. So hence my one star rating for a very frustrating episode!

I found it hard to hear what the person was saying & the time it took was overwhelming. The first call took 1 hour & then had to be referred to to the medical team which took another hour.......very off putting.

Wanting to go on holiday after cancer treatment is normal and beneficial but I was refused cover by so many companies until I was advised to go to insure with. So understanding and supportive. Good rates too thank you

Easy to set up, covers all I need.

It was easy to do. Fortunately didn't need to use it, but knew it was there if I did.

When my husband was diagnosed with treatable prostate cancer our usual travel insurance company would not touch us and after several phone calls round others, insurance with did not hesitate and we have been with them 3 years. Marvellous service and easy to manage policy. Value for money. Highly recommend.
