Obviously the most accurate review of insurance comes from after something has gone wrong ... it hasn't but I think it's also good to note that these guys make professional insurance affordable and easy to get.

Very Bad Experience - Communication Very Poor
I've paid my premium but have not received a single email wth my insurance document attached. I requested a password reset email - it didn't get sent yet, somehow you managed to send me an email asking for feedback and star ratings!! Please contact and arrange for communication to improve immediately

We understand how frustrating it is not to receive your policy documents or be able to access your account when expected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. In some cases, automated emails such as the initial policy confirmation can be redirected to a junk or spam folder by the email provider, which may impact when they are first seen.
We’re pleased that after speaking with a member of our team, your documents were reissued and your password was successfully reset, allowing you to log in and access your policy information at any time. Your policy documents are available through your online account whenever you need them, and you can also make updates there as required.
We appreciate your patience while this was being resolved and if you need any further assistance, our support team is always here to help!
