Very satisfied
I have been with Insurance House for many years now and always find them easy to deal with. At this point it's just a renewal but the reminder comes with plenty of notice and time to action.

I only receive communication just once a year for renewal.
I feel as a speech pathologist, it would be beneficial to receive a newsletter giving information related to Prof.Ind.Insurance. More info related what's a clinician to be aware of and write up on more about what's covered like service provided, equipment used, loss of equipment, termination of service with no reason given, service contracts, etc

Great pricing but too many irrelevant emails
Great pricing and easy to get cover. I disliked the multiple reminders that my cover was going to lapse despite having renewed it days earlier. The emails made me quite anxious as I can't work without insurance, and it kept making me thinking my renewal hadn't worked.
