Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience!
I never like to order directly from FB so sought out their website, the directions for measurement were straightforward and we received our 5 new shutters with 10 days, delivered to the door incredibly well wrapped.
I am pretty handy so managed to install all 5 within about 5 minutes. They are remarkably well made, fit is great and they definitely reduce noise and keep the room cooler, (as we are south facing).
All in all very happy to recommend.

Great quality and affordable price, excellent service from Joseph.
Will definitely recommend this company.

Shutters themselves are lovely - however arrived with tape all over them that I had to clean off which, after spending almost £1000 on blinds, I didn’t think was right. Customer service reply quickly but don’t get your problem resolved and can’t admit error. Overall, wouldn’t bother again I would trust my gut and go elsewhere

Decided on instantfitshutters due to there price and reviews dealt with Joseph from the beginning and what a great help he gave us guidance , advice and some great ideas . Thanks so much instantfitshutters and especially Joseph I love my new shutters

We’re really pleased with IFS shutters. They’re great quality, fit really well and were quick and easy to install. The service we received was personal and we received quick and clear answers to our questions. Also, the shutters were despatched quickly and they were delivered the next day. Great service from start to finish!

Fab service, so helpful with measuring ensuring correct fit. Received well before expected delivery and fitted with the help of the online support videos. I will definitely be ordering for other windows, many thanks guys

Amazing customer service and we just love our shutters I would totally recommend.

Really pleased with the shutters, easy to fit and work perfectly!

Would highly recommend as they were so easy to install and the quality is excellent. They are strong and beautifully made. Delivery was fast and 100% customer service.

I honestly cannot recommend Instantfit Shutters highly enough. Not only is the product itself absolutely 5 star, but the customer service is just as exceptional.
Ben, who I dealt with throughout, was unbelievably helpful at every single stage — from placing the original order right through to delivery. He was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions, no matter how small, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. That level of support and communication really makes a difference.
The shutters are beautiful and have completely transformed the rooms — I absolutely love them!
If you’re considering shutters, I would 100% recommend both the product and the company. Truly outstanding from start to finish.

Wow! What a fantastic service we received from Ben. Talked us through the process step by step, how to measure, what suits each window and gave fantastic ideas. We paid for speedy delivery as I could not wait to have these amazing shutters in our new home. Arrived within 3 days! The product is brilliant and this company gives amazing customer service with competitive prices, would definitely recommend, well already have! Thanks ☺️

We ordered our blinds through Ben and they arrived a few days later well packaged and with no damage, I fitted the clips but we needed window handle packers I contacted Ben and they arrived in no time. Once I added the packers the blinds fitted into place with no problem and they look great. Would I recommend Instant fit shutters yes without a doubt. Thanks Ben first class service.

Great quality shutters. Great advice from Ben when measuring and ordering too. Would recommend 100%

Great communication and ensured what could have been my rubbish measurements were accurate and exactly what I needed for the windows I had! Easy to install with the clips and they fit perfectly and look incredible, also easy to remove for a good clean if need be.

Excellent customer service. Joseph answered all my queries within 10 minutes, including evening and weekends. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. Excellent quality and price. Will be buying more!

received our new shutters this week and they are incredible they look and fit perfectly absolutely transformed the room , highly recommend and will be ordering again for the rest of the house .

Throughout the entire process from before ordering and after-care services the communication from Philip and the team was impeccable!

It truly is rare to see such outstanding customer service in this day and age.

I honestly could not recommend them more. The shutters fit perfectly and were exactly as we had hoped.

I started ordering for my newly renovated bathrooms as I wanted to finish th room off with lovely shutters. Everything came very quickly and I was excited to put up my new shutters.
I couldn’t get them to fit properly and contacted them to ask a question and explain and was advised by Philip ( who was super helpful) that I had ordered the wrong size clips. He sent out the correct size only asking
Me to pay the postage which I was happy with. They arrived a few days later and my shutters now look perfect!
I’ve since ordered kitchen, living room and bedroom shutters and I can’t wait to put them up!
I’m 60 and not really into DIY but these were so easy to put up even I had no trouble.
I’ve recommended instant fit shutters to my son who has also placed an order.
The communication has been great with this company and I can’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I only ordered a teensy one for cloakroom window, but they were wonderful & cared as much about my small order as any. Arrived earlier than scheduled, on Friday & I got round to fitting today. Took me 10 mins as a 73-year old with dodgy balance & arthritis in hands. So fitter person would be much faster. It looks fantastic! I'm so happy I'm going to start saving to have them on ALL my windows! Thank you so much, Phillip for the great, friendly customer service & the perfect shutter! And all the instruction info to fit on your website - easypeasy! 👏 I'd recommend you to everyone. Best wishes, Marilyn Charters
