Great company I can really recommend this company short delivery time all shutters fit perfectly no problems whatsoever.great service

We ordered plantation-style shutters for a bedroom window. We wanted to distract from an undesirable view.
The guide for measuring the blinds on the company website was very easy to follow. The blinds arrived quickly and were extremely well wrapped. We followed the instructions for fitting the blinds and the whole job was completed within minutes.
The blinds are solid, appear to be good quality and look great! Thank you ….. we would highly recommend these blinds.

Great experience from start to fitting. Brilliant instant fit shutters. Fit perfectly. Makes the room look so much bigger. Really great help from Ben very very helpful over texts and phone would absolutely 5 ☆ recommend

Fabulous shutters , they have transformed our bathroom , easy process , excellent back up when measuring and fitting , highly recommended

Received my initial samples v fast. Joseph then sent me a WhatsApp to check I had them and to ask if I needed any help with measuring my windows. I found the online measuring guides to be great, and v easy to follow, meaning I measured myself with no issues.
I checked my measurements a few times so didn’t pay the panel guarantee as was confident I had it correct.
Order process was then v smooth.
My order actually arrived in 2 deliveries over consecutive days, which was wholly down to the DX courier, but once I had all the panels they were extremely easy to install and look amazing!!! Joseph again supported via WhatsApp to see when the 2nd delivery would arrive, great service!
Would order again for sure :-)

Good service being the company. Quick well packed delivery. Ordered twice, one windows and the other door doors. All a good fit albeit a little tight under handles.
All in all good service.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with my instant fit shutters, my home looks so cosy !
The service I have received has been second to none from the very beginning !
From measuring guidance to ordering to fitting! ( very simple too)
The support has been amazing , the blinds fit and look lovely I’ve had so many compliments, the Quality and price is fantastic ! If you are thinking of ordering these don’t hesitate you will be astounded!
One very happy Customer!

Very straightforward to order. Great communication and good advice given. Followed the helpful videos and really simple to fit. Hardest part was getting them out of the excellent packaging. Will be ordering again for other windows. More choice of colour would be a bonus.

Team on hand with advice and support when needed due to my own mistake. Shutter was fitted in 2 minutes, one person job. I am now no longer baking at my desk when the sun hits the back door!

Super responsive , quick delivery and great price. The shutters look great !!

I have a South facing garden so my kitchen is extremely hot in the summer. I saw the blinds online and decided to get some made. They were very helpful with the measuring process which was really easy. I ordered them on friday afternoon and they arrived today ( Wednesday). It took me a while to unpack them because they were so well wrapped and then it me (62 Yr old female) 5 minutes to install them. And wow what a difference they make. Would definitely recommend this company and will be definitely getting more shutters made in the future

We have now had 2 x separate orders as we were so impressed by the first order for our French doors in our living room we decided to get shutters for the living room and dining room too. These windows weren't straight forward but we liaised with Joseph who was very helpful and managed to sort these for us and even arranged a tester panel to ensure the shutters would work before completing the entire order, going above and beyond to help. We also chose the measurement guarantee to ensure the correct fit. The shutters were delivered in a good timescale and were very well packaged for transport. Overall 2 excellent experiences with good quality products and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We wanted the perfect fit shutters for our new home. We spoke to a couple of other companies who saide we couldn't due to the style of the windows.
I then went to instant fit shutters and got connected through WhatsApp with Joseph.

He got me to send some photos and came back with yes they can. To be sure that we liked them which we were sure we would, Joseph even arranged that just one panel be sent so we could fit it and be sure. Mainly due to our beading being thin and IFS providing some shimmers to give the extra depth needed.

Hasten to say that they looked fantastic so went ahead with the full order.
One of the panels arrived which had a defect on it, and two panels didn't arrive at all. Normally this would be a red flag but Joseph was on it and got it sorted and a couple of days later the replacements all arrived.

The blinds look great and no rattling when the windows are open like you get with blinds.

All in all we are very pleased with quality, the competitive pricing, and the customer service. A big thank you to Joseph who dealt with it from start to finish.

I bought shutters for all my windows from Instantfitshutters. The shutters look fantastic, they are good quality and have a 5 year guarantee. It was easy to measure and fit, only had to replace brackets for one window as it was the wrong size brackets and One shutter which was damaged through delivery. Ben sorted everything for us, sent replacement right away. Ben and Joseph provided an excellent service. Would definitely recommend their company, you won't be disappointed. Had lots of comments from family and neighbours saying how lovely the shutters look. Thanks Team

I am very happy with my experience with Instant Fit Shutters. From the start, communication was fast with lots of help with figuring out the correct handles and fittings. And extra accessories were sent to us to try to ensure that the shutters would work well. I had lots of questions all of which were dealt with efficiently on Whatsapp. I was quite nervous as everything was done online but I am so pleased with the final outcome. My conservatory / home office is completely transformed. Thank you Ben and team !

The most amazing customer service received from Joseph from my initial enquiry right through to delivery and support with tips for installation! The shutters are beautifully made, well built and a really good quality. The shutters look amazing and have totally transformed my windows and french doors.
Thank you so much for such fantastic service, I have been recommending you to friends and family. Would highly recommend to anyone considering using Instant Fit Shutters in the future!!

Its not just instant fit, but instant delivery as well.
Very good quality and great customer service. I will order more very soon

I can honestly say that this company are 1st class from start to finish, so very helpful from measurement to explaining how to fit the shutters, couldn’t be more friendly on the phone etc , would highly recommend them to anyone, keep up the great work guys , thanks again Jim Kelly

I’ve just completed my 4th order with 31 shutters in total. From first to last, the service and products have been exceptional. I had a few queries along the way (all user error!) and the communication via WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The shutters themselves are a game changer to the aesthetic in various rooms. I did price up against similar products but there was no real saving and the split tilt plus size for some of my windows were not available elsewhere. I couldn’t be happier. If I had any more windows, I’d be back in a flash.

Soon as i placed my order, Joseph kept in contact, help advise on the measurements to ensure the blinds would fit. Kept me up to date on my order and when it had been dispatched. I will be ordering again for the rest of my house. Very happy with the wooden shutters.
