Absolutely disgusted with this company, complete waste of time
Absolutely disgusted with this company, complete waste of time, our windows have a 10 year guarantee, unfortunately they were fitted by Safestyle, installsure are saying they are only covered for 5 years, we have 6 failed units all within 8 months. Cost to replace approx £600 which has been refused, Safestyle fitted our conservatory aswell, after a 7 fight they actually stripped to ground level and rebuilt, showing what the original workmanship is like, very very poor.

Contacted these guys at their email address in the certificate on 15th January. Received a receipt saying "thank you for contacting us we have successfully received your email and our team will respond on 3 working days". That was 6 working days ago. Have also rang - goes straight to voicemail - have left message. Tracked down another email from all the negative reviews so hoping to get a response. worried regarding all the negative comments!!

Con artists, no customer service or care! Avoid!!
I have waited over 2yrs for my claim to be resolved and paid out. Emails are ignored for many months at a time, they started off saying they would pay out a company directly to replace my defective front door, then changed their minds after taking my excess payment, now they’re offering me a lower amount for me to settle the claim, an amount that will no longer cover the cost of a new front door, prices have increased over the last two years I’ve been waiting. Absolutely useless company, will rob you of your money then ignore your emails of complaint for months, even years!!

Good customer care and resolution of outstanding Safestyle issues
I have been dealing with Installsure since they took over Safestyle UK who went into liquidation.
I had an issue with a leaking window, installed by Safestyle.
I have been dealing with Vinitha who has been very helpful and has dealt with the issue (which has been outstanding since December 2022) with courtesy. A settlement is now in the process of being made.
