5 Star Outstanding Solar Installation – Highly Recommended

After obtaining several quotations, we chose Install Solar Panels Ltd to install our solar PV and battery storage system, and I can honestly say it was an excellent decision.

Our installation comprises 12 AIKO 530W panels, a Sigenergy hybrid inverter and 18kWh of battery storage. From the initial survey through to commissioning, the team were knowledgeable, professional and took real pride in their work.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The installation was neat, well thought out and completed to a very high standard. The electricians clearly cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it finished.

Communication throughout the project was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly and the documentation provided afterwards was comprehensive, including the MCS certificate, electrical certification, building regulations notification and all the commissioning paperwork.

Where Install Solar really stood out was their customer service. We encountered complications with a third-party EV charger installation that were entirely outside Install Solar's control. Rather than simply walking away, they went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, carrying out additional work and ensuring the installation was future-proof for our forthcoming electric vehicle. That level of support is increasingly rare.

The whole team have been courteous, reliable and genuinely customer focused from start to finish.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Install Solar Panels Ltd to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage or future EV charging. It has been refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises and clearly takes pride in both its workmanship and its customer service.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am…

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the installation. The team were really top notch, very friendly and efficient, and kept the site very tidy. Many thanks for all your advice, and the speed you were able to sort out the installation from your first visit. I would gladly recommend install solar panels to my friends and family. Thanks again

Great experience with a keen price.

I left the review for a couple of months to make sure all kept working perfect.
I upgraded my solar system and needed all sorts of things. They sorted everything for me no messing.
Had a couple of issues changing the inverter with the manufacturer but again all resolved.
I must also mention Dave & John the fitters, never stopped, very polite and tidied up after themselves.
Delighted with the results and the company that did it.
Good price and stuck to the quote even though they had not included some parts that had to be supplied Also the inverter and panels I was very particular about which were sourced without issue.
100% happy - well done
