Great virtual Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring Programme. I had originally wanted to do in person but couldn't make the dates work so opted for online. Format worked well and there was a lot of time allocated to practice - I would have preferred a bit more time on theory and models - but overall felt it worked well and have come away with lots of new skills and ideas. William, the facilitator, was very good I liked his style and found the teaching style very practical and enjoyable.

On a 2-day course on AI for Managers, ran by In Professional Development, I was so impressed with the level of detail and thought that went into the content and how it was delivered.

William, who led the lessons, clearly has extensive knowledge on the subject and was very insightful. At the same time, he created a relaxed and open atmosphere for discussions all together and in smaller groups.

I enjoyed that it was encouraged to try using AI tools during the sessions and give feedback, as opposed to just consuming information without doing anything in practice.

I definitely feel a greater understanding for the potential of AI in the workplace, as well as the dangers and ethical considerations that are of equal importance to consider.

The 4 day Senior Leadership programme I attended online last week was very insightful & enjoyable. Our tutor James was very engaging and knowledgeable. The course helps you take a deep dive into your Personal Development and Strategic Leadership, along with great insights into the use of AI in the workplace. Would highly recommend!

I recently completed the weeks Level 7 Leadership course with David, and I can honestly say it’s been a really valuable learning experience. The course was brilliantly structured, with a strong balance between theory and practical and it challenged me to reflect my own leadership style. The tutor was knowledgeable and engaging and the peer group dynamic and good fun.

What really stood out was how relevant the learning was to my role in local government. I highly recommend the course to anyone in senior positions who is eager to lead with greater clarity and impact.

I recently attended the AI for Directors and Organisational Leaders course which was online and over 2 days. The course content was great and gave a great insight into the world of AI and how it can be engineered to fit our business.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 'AI for Directors and Business Leaders' two day course. I was in awe of the presenters - they really blew me away with their knowledge, but also their teaching/knowledge sharing approach. After day one, I was so excited to begin day two, and at the end to put all I'd learned into practice. I was initially a bit fearful of AI, but I now understand how I can practically use it every day for my role, but how I can lead larger initiatives in the business as adoption grows.

The course was well structured with imaginative materials presented in an engaging way. Good interaction with other attendees who came from a variety of backgrounds which made for stimulating and relevant discussion.

Having worked with INPD in my professional capacity to build various bespoke learning programmes for the organisations I’ve worked with, I’ve always been impressed by their service and delivery. So, when it came to investing in my own professional development, choosing INPD was a no-brainer.

I attended the CMI L7 Leadership Coaching & Mentoring course in June, and once again, they exceeded expectations. From the very first enquiry, the team took time to understand my learning objectives and prior experience to ensure the course was the right fit for me. All the back office bits like joining instructions etc was plain sailing.

I did not need to be worried about 4 days back to back on-line delivery as the tutors expert knowledge and outstanding facilitation skills quickly fostered trust and camaraderie with the group. This created a safe and engaging space for learning, and made the breakout sessions and observed practice both effective and enjoyable. The learning delivery days seemed to pass so quickly, and it is lovely to have kept in touch with the cohort afterwards.

The ongoing support from INPD has also been excellent- from access to comprehensive resources to quick helpful responses to queries, the team has been consistently responsive and supportive.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend INPD, whether for personal development or as a learning partner for Organisational Development needs. A top-tier provider that I trust and will absolutely return to in the future.

I enrolled for a week long remote, Women in Leadership course with In Professional Development and have to say that is one of the best courses I have been on. From the initial booking right through to the post course follow up was seamless - nothing was too much trouble, lots of material shared in advance, clear and concise joining instructions etc. The course itself was fab - the course leaders were engaging, knowledgeable, inspirational and extremely supportive. The other delegates on the course were from all over the world and the course leaders encouraged a collaborative working approach throughout which I really benefited from. I highly reccommend InPD and their Women in Leadership course. Thank you to all involved.

I did the Finance for Non-Financial Directors - the course was well organised and structured. The content was just what I needed and gave me a lot I could take away and use practically within the business.

The trainer delivered the content really well and was clearly very knowledgeable in this area. I was also lucky enough to have a really engaged group which made the two days really engaging and enjoyable.

Last month I attended an Operational Management programme and was really impressed with the experience. The tutor was clearly very knowledgeable and brought a great deal of experience to the sessions. She kept the conversation flowing and maintained high energy throughout, which can be challenging over Zoom. The sessions were engaging, informative, and well-paced - overall, a really valuable learning experience.

The recent Senior Leadership Programme I attended was one of the best training courses I have ever done. The content was engaging and more importantly, relevant. It was so interesting to meet people from various industries and learn from each other's experiences. I am now looking forward to completing my assignments.

Having recently attended a 4-day course with INPD (via online) I would heartily recommend their services. The pre-work, course content, delivery, interaction and tutor were all 1st class. The follow up and support offered afterwards is incredible too. I look forward to both myself and colleagues completing more development with INPD in the future.

Although I was a little nervous about undertaking a coaching course virtually, I should not have worried. The fabulous instructor facilitated the sessions well, putting us all at ease and generating some useful conversations and coaching experiences.
