I completed the AI for Directors and…
I completed the AI for Directors and Organisational Leaders course in November. The venue was excellent in London, the course faciliator was great, and overall found the course really worthwhile and interesting. I have taken a lot of practical steps away from the course which I can apply to our organisation. The cohort was really diverse and an interesting group and overall would highly recommend this course and learning through Inpd.

AI For Directors & Organisational Leaders
As a national transport manager with many years’ experience but very limited knowledge of AI, I approached this course with a fair amount of uncertainty. However, the AI for Directors & Organisational Leaders training course ran by In Professional Development turned out to be an eye-opening and genuinely valuable introduction to a subject that is becoming increasingly important in our industry. Finally a leadership course that goes beyond PowerPoint theory
I recently completed the Director-level leadership course with IN Professional Development, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most valuable professional development courses I’ve taken.
I’ll be honest, I’m usually quite pessimistic about training courses, as many stick rigidly to theory-based PowerPoint content and often struggle to relate to real-world challenges or answer the kind of problems you’re actually dealing with day to day. This course was completely different. It focused on real issues, real scenarios, and provided practical, effective tools that I’ve already started applying in my role with great results.
The sessions were engaging, well structured, and delivered by people with genuine leadership experience, not just textbook knowledge. Another huge positive was the open discussion with other course members; being able to share experiences, challenges, and solutions at director and senior leadership level added massive value.
I’d highly recommend IN Professional Development to anyone moving into senior leadership or directorship who wants practical tools, honest discussion, and measurable improvement, not just theory.

I'm with the other bad reviews below. Sorry people but if you just keep spamming me then you just look unprofessional. I did have to laugh when someone mentioned that you are an Apollo user below. For the uninitiated, Apollo is a US company who upset linkedin by scraping their Data for contacts. They then sell our data to people like these lot. Please stop emailing me Jennifer... You emailed me Tuesday and then again today and its only Thursday FFS. The problem is, Apollo (despite what they say) just knocks out random and irrelevant sh*te to whoever's data they have stolen. More concerningly as of OCT24 I have written confirmation from Apollo legal Council that they have deleted all of our company details from their system... Yeah, course they did eh!
Finally Jen, its all well and good suggesting that we "unsubscribe" but why should we. I get about 50 of these emails per day. I didn't ask to subscribe in the first place so why it it my job to unsubscribe? The definition of "subscribe" is to arrange to receive something, a publication, regularly by paying in advance etc etc, well that isn't our relationship now is it Jen? You gave someone money to buy my data so that you could send completely irrelevant marketing emails, its not really the same thing now is it Jen. Please stop sending out spam to people you don't know, its not big and its not clever.

First, on the “spamming”. In this case you’ve had two emails in a week from one of our team, an initial email and a follow-up. For you, that was clearly two too many and we accept that. If you haven’t already unsubscribed, please either click the link in the email or contact us with your address and we’ll remove you manually from our lists.
On data, we comply with UK GDPR and all relevant data-protection law. We license B2B contact data from third-party providers on that basis. We can’t comment on your specific correspondence with any particular supplier, but if a provider falls short of what they tell us (or you), we take that seriously and challenge it. We understand your frustrations, but the suggestion that we’re paying for “stolen” data and blasting out irrelevant spam isn’t a fair reflection of how we operate.
Thank you for clarifying that you haven’t subscribed. As you are probably aware, GDPR permits direct B2B marketing on the basis of legitimate interest, allowing companies to reach out to senior professionals about relevant services, provided it’s proportionate, respectful and offers a clear opt-out. That’s the basis we use. The unsubscribe link isn’t us dodging responsibility; it’s the industry-standard, one click way for you to say “no thanks” and for us to honour that promptly. That said, you shouldn’t feel like you’re firefighting 50 of these a day from lots of different businesses, we get why that’s frustrating and we have no desire to add to the noise.

Personally I found the course really useful, possibly even more than i expected or hoped for. The course tutor was friendly and interactive and all attendees were drawn into the conversations to create a wider discussion based on different thoughts and personalities. Writing a "polite" email doesn't mean it's not spam.
I don't care if you're complying or not with GDPR, you're still bothering people.
I would not trust any "professional" company to teach me anything, when they don't even know what spam is in 2025.
If you want to learn how to professionally spam without getting fined, give this company money, they're pretty good at it! Was tempted to give them 2-stars for their sarcastic replies to other reviews.

CMI Level 5 - Leadership and Management Course - 23rd-25th September in Manchester
Course was really well organised, upfront literature was clear and concise.
Louisa who delivered the course material over the 3 days was really good, very engaging, knowledgeable and kept the energy levels of all the cohorts at a good level.

I attended a really great INPD course on AI for senior leaders. The course combined a mixture of learning - understanding what is AI, hands on practice with various types of AI, and thought provoking debates on the risks, opportunities and ethics of AI. It wasn't a slavish powerpoint based course, but an exploration led by a knowledgeable and skilled tutor. Highly recommend
