I ordered a 3 piece tiara, necklace and earrings set for my daughter's formal. Delivery took a little longer than expected but they still arrived in time. Quality was good, they were absolutely stunning when on and she had so many compliments about them! I would order from here again not a problem. Thanks again :)

Paid for a ring which they assured me would fit. Item didn't fit, took 3 weeks to arrive from China and then when I asked to send it back they didnt offer free returns so basically they said I could either pay fpr return postage or I had to take 30% for an item I dont want. Poor service.

Ordered a wedding ring and it was delivered (very slowly) and in to complete wrong size. Now they want me to pay to send it back to Bulgaria!? Its not my fault you can't measure! Never again will I buy from this company

I ordered the hat my husband and I are going to see a Chris Stapleton concert. The hat arrived in a timely manner only one thing I was curious about, why they did not put the straw cowboy hat in a box the mail service stuffed it in my mailbox when we took it out of the mailbox I thought the hat was ruined but my husband easily shaped it that’s what I love about the hat and it looks fabulous thank you

I had ordered some wedding rings the tracking says that they have been delivered they have not been delivered if so they went to a different place I have not gotten them and I have sent an email to this place twice to no avail no response that's not very nice to blow people off and disrespect them the reasons were beautiful that I ordered my original wedding rings were stolen and the ones I ordered was so very beautiful I was looking forward to wearing them and having them for a long time I am very disappointed I will not use this place ever again I am somewhat trusting and I was told this was a good place but I am a person that finds out for myself and I found out it's not a trustworthy company I will no longer use this company and I will tell people not to use it thank you have a wonderful blessed day

UPDATE I have been contacted and they are in the process of sending me a replacement hat. They were very quick to address this issue.

I recently purchased 2 men's hats. One of the hats (Pink) arrived damaged beyond repair. I have sent Innovato Design numerous emails and pictures and asked to have a good hat sent to replace the damaged hat. They refuse to respond. I would not conduct any business with this company because they cannot be trusted to provide undamaged products nor do they support their products.

S-L-O-W delivery. Company based in Bulgaria but, my shipment is coming from China. Had I known it was a Chinese product, I would NEVER have ordered it!

The sets of wedding ring l bought was of high quality. However, l was surprised to find out that the cross pendant and chain changed colour and faded with three days of being worn. I have bought items from innovato and they were all of high quality. I will recommend innovato inspite of the fact of the isolated case of the cross pendant/chain
