The chaps did an excellent job. They arrived promptly at 8am and got on with the job. They worked hard all day. On finishing the job they matched the new concrete to the pattern that was already there. I am really pleased with the work.

Our claim started in September 2021, we were deemed to have subsidence and following a long process of monitoring we were finally told in Oct2023 we could start on the repairs. This entailed knocking the single storey extension down and rebuilding. I kept saying through out that the main house was still moving. I managed to get our 3rd repair manager out to look at the cracks. On inspection he realised they were not surface cracks. All building work was to be put on hold at this point, back to being monitored again which has shown a 30mm movement between the last old set of readings and the new. Last week I emailed asking for a plan of action by the end of this week, as I knew they had received a stabilisation scheme and all readings. I get this morning an email saying they will let the subsidence chap know all results are in, no reference at all to my email. This company are absolutely useless and have no thought for the people living in chaos. Multiple complaints have gone to the Halifax, who only 2 weeks ago upheld my previous complaint. AVOID if at all possible as 5 years after starting a claim you will still be no further forward.

The company appears to be organised and the service so far has been good and cooperative. The staff they have sent have all been polite,friendly, and respected the property. Alex was careful and tidied up when he finished his tough job.

Kev showed up this morning to sort my collapsed soil pipe, he excavated my brick drive, repaired the pipe in 3 places, the drives looks better than before as the soil pipe works perfectly now. Thank you very much Kev.

Turned up on time and despite the nature of the work and weather conditions they left the property in the same clean condition as when they arrived

Chris & Charlie were courteous, professional, incredibly neat, especially as not an easy job with a couple of hiccups….got the job done brilliantly and very pleased to say our water meter has stopped spinning like a Top!

Arrived too early in the morning. However, this aside, did a good job as far as I could see, put everything back and explained the plan. They were cheerful despite the wet weather.

Chris and Charlie attended my property to fix a leak in mains pipe reported by my water supplier. Both did a wonderful job and fixed the leaks and done a professional job.

Both Alex and Robert were friendly and respectful of the property. It was hard to tell where they had worked when the job was complete.

Bill and Ben arrived and got on with their job immediately and very professionally. They kept us up to date and showed us the completed work and made sure we were happy. Great job guys they cleaned up really well afterwards as well bonus 👏😊

It was a genuine pleasure to meet Alex, and I very much enjoyed talking to him. He arrived on time, dug the boreholes, and left everything neat and tidy. With thanks, Rob.

The two gentlemen who came today were very respectful, competent and went above and beyond to do a first class job. Exceptionally helpful and I am delighted with the result.

Allan turned up on time and had to wait to gain access but he showed no issue with having to wait which I really appreciated. During the job he showed me the process and the problem and had to work really hard to access the pipe again, showing no problem with this. The finish was left perfect.

Freddie & Cody were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated their work. Thank you.

Allan was very polite, turned up on time, explained what he needed to do and then did it - well.

Danny and Jason arrived exactly when they said they would and were professional throughout. They explained the process clearly, required very little from me and completed the job quickly, efficiently and neatly. The excavation work was carried out to a high standard, the soil samples were collected carefully and they communicated clearly throughout about what they were doing and why. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. I would happily recommend them to others.

Phill and Craig were both courteous and polite, they worked efficiently and quickly and ensured that everything was left clean and tidy.
