Unclear user journey at the point of payment
Platform is functional but the user journey is unclear for non-conveyancers. It is not obvious which product to select when searching for a specific instrument such as a registered Power of Attorney. The distinction between a Title Search and a General Register search is not clearly explained at the point of purchase, which can lead to unnecessary orders.
Pricing transparency is adequate, but refund limitations are not prominently surfaced before checkout. A short decision guide (e.g. “If you are searching for X, choose Y”) and clearer warnings about what a Title Search will and will not return would significantly improve user confidence and reduce mistaken purchases.
Overall, technically reliable, but the workflow and guidance could be clearer for individual consumers.

Urgent suggestion
Once I had worked out that I couldn't include my lot number in the search, only the strata title number, the site worked well up until the review of the shopping cart. I correctly selected my lot from the list on the screen but the cart did not show the lot number, only the Strata lot number. So I had to pay $50 risking that something else would arrive which is a little disconcerting. The correct title transcript did arrive in my email box which was a relief but showing the lot number in the cart would be helpful for people going forward.
