Total scam artists, tried to find some information out and paid 50p, NEVER received it and then got charged £39-00 for the privilege.
They stated I had signed up for a premier package and it was CLEARLY explaine3d in the sigh up process, NO it was not.
In essence I have paid £39-50- for three days access for information I have never received.
How can a subscription be 'renewed' when I have never received anything ?
According to them, everything is clearly displayed, looking at the majority of reviews on here, I guess that not true ?
Received a reply stating that their policy is CLEARLY stated, in my opinion it is NOT.
have also STILL not received a reply for my original request.
As previously stated, BE WARNED !

Didn't return any useful results then surprisingly charged my account £39 .
Get on the Phone to then straight away and don't take No for an answer . You will get your money Back if you keep calling 3 calls within the first hour did the trick for me . Good Luck

They are scammers, Do not use them. 50p for trial and then 2 days later £39 a month. I couldn't get any of the details I wanted for my 50p so certainly wouldnt have signed up for a monthly fee.

I would give no stars !!! Total scammers charged £39 just 2 days after I used them to find an email address ..There is no email from them or any contact warning you . They took money for several months and refused to compensate me . I am reporting them to Action Fraud . AVOID !!!

I received a refund today of £39.00 I read the reviews and thought I had been scammed and lost the money, so I phone and had a chat with this man who wasn't very nice in fact was very unpleasant to talk to and after and during the conversation I ended the call. but I received email from them to say a refund will be paid into my bank account and to my surprised it was.

why lull potential customers into signing up with a small fee before then taking a further £39 fee?
For a couple of days last week I spent much of my spare time on line trying to find my NHS Consultant's secretary's details to discuss an urgent matter and inadvertantly came across your web-site. At the time I only saw the 50p charge and so happily paid the "fee" but immediately decided that it was not likely to be the right website for my query and took no further action.
During the week I saw that not only was the 50p in my account pending (on 14th Feb) but there was a also further charge of £39 pending (on 16th Feb), and immediately cancelled my account........unfortunately, as I had already actioned the 50p charge the £39 charge was automatically debited by my bank.
I am extremely unhappy that this additional charge has been taken without my knowledge or consent and wonder why you seem to lull potential customers into signing up with a small 50p fee before taking a further £39 two days later? Perhaps in future there should be some transparency in making potential customers aware of the full fee they are signing up to?
I would appreciate your consideration of the £39 being refunded to me as soon as possible

Keep on being charged when I didn’t sign up for this rubbish junk of a website. Will be advising trading standards of the scams they are pulling.
They say that contact can be made Monday to Sunday, sorry I have tried several times, no answer and no response to any contact with this company.

they old me they had a result and to pay 50p,
after paying then said there was no result,
after 48 hours they charged me £39 and then would not cancel the payment even though their whole initial hook of a result was false. Called their customer service and they keep hanging up on me and would not put me through to manager. I dont write reviews but this has been a costly mistake. AVOID THIS SITE, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING.

Foolishly, I signed up for this "service" without checking reviews on here. They took my 50 pence and then I had nothing from them: no email, no information, just nothing. Fortunately, I paid with a one time use only virtual card so they won't get any more from me. Still a complete waste of time and 50 pence. Beware.

Don’t use
Got an email confirming cancellation but still tried to charge me £39. Luckily didn’t go through as my bank confirmed it was suspicious but the principle still stands. Don’t send confirmations of cancellation and then still try and charge people, that’s called scamming.
