Product arrived very quickly and well packaged. I was missing a wheel but they sorted that as soon as I contacted them. No issues. Would purchase from them again.

Always a great service, amazing quality would highly recommend

The Saddle seat is really great and good quality 👌

First of all, I'm really happy with the quality of the chair I bought. The delivery was on time and item well packaged too. No complaints!

Second purchase from Industrial Seating.
As a small business (small garden office) I bought a draft chair from them which was perfect. Easy delivery, easy assembly (even with no instructions) Purchased from here again a standard desk chair with lockable castors. Thought had been sent standard as no clickable lock. Phoned up and was politely and professionally informed that these activate when you sit on the chair! Great bit of kit. Swapped them out on my own chair with ease. Really great manufacturing and paid more for the quality and what I think will be long life of these chairs. Went all in with the options, of which there are many! Great experience.

Liane was extremely helpful. I asked for the dimensions of the chair and she sent them back on return.
The delivery was on-point and earlier than the expected three days.
My only gripe was I didn’t realise I had to build the chair, I would have preferred pre-built, but that withstanding it was not difficult to assemble.

Chair beats all the office chairs Ive had all thruout my years.

Using it as a comic artist with a display tablet. Lets me move around in my seat and ajdust arm position on the go. Office chairs were comfy but it didnt give me the same mobility this one does

Very happy with the quality of the seat and the promptness of the service. This is the third chair I buy from this company.

excellent quality

I was looking for a supportive stool without a back rest but with a chair sized base rather than a small round base to sit on. The company gave good advice and made a bespoke stool for me. It arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend the business to anyone looking for seating.

Looking at their chairs especially designed to offer coccyx and lumbar support - I made an enquiry asking what the maximum user weight of their coccyx range was and whether the seat position was adjustable as I am overweight and short so a person's coccyx and where that sits won't be the same for everyone. I'd seen another manufacturer of coccyx seating have a seat that moves back and forth to allow for different sized people to get the coccyx support just right. So I asked what flexibility and adjustments their chair has.

I also asked for seat height and depth and width as I'd bought chairs previously that were too deep for someone who's only 5' 1".

I expected a call or some of the questions answered such as adjustments, dimensions, weight capacity.

This is the reply I got:

Unfortunately we are not medically trained here and therefore will not be able to help you.

No name, no 'call us to discuss', no response to the basic info I asked for.

I'm not sure why I thought a small specialist company may wish to support potential clients better. But here we are.

Very great quality , I ordered chair for my dental practice I am really happy with their product . I will order again soon for my second surgery in the practice .

V quick delivery , When I contact company they were very helpful and polite
Good chairs meets my exact needs

Delivered on time with no issues. The product is well made. Did not require construction. Ready to use.

I was visiting a client who had swapped his standard office chair for a wheeled stool instead. I thought before using it it would be strange to have no backrest, it wasn't.

I asked my client where he got it and have one the same but in blue.

It's a great quality stool and I don't even think about it's not being a office chair with a back.

Service delivery etc, all well carried out.

Highly recommend.

Been using them for 5 years now. Quality products and reliable service. Thanks

Very helpful, personable service. Gave good advice and quick delivery. The chair is very good quality and sensibly priced.

Quick delivery, beautiful quality chair and excellent customer service
