I have been using peartree dental surgery for a number of years.
The staff are always really helpful and polite.
I needed a filling as mine had fallen out last Friday afternoon,when they had a cancellation they would let me know.
They phoned yesterday to say they had booked me in 12.45 today.
The dentist was very good as usual and my filling was done quickly and efficiently.

Professional and friendly service. Very happy with results!

I have been a patient at Pear Tree Dental practice for about 2 years since a referral by a friend.
I am at an age where corrective measures are required, as you age, this can be stressful.
The great thing about the Pear Tree is that you discuss the options going forward and they suggest the best solution for you, then they work with you to deliver the solution.
This helps you as a patient as you have confidence in both the team and the treatment you receive.
For me that is true customer service in a world where these are buzz words at Pear Tree its the quality service you are confident you are going to receive.
I have no reservations about recommending this practice as based upon experience, and the talent of the team, I am sure you will receive the best treatment solution that meets your needs.

Okay, buckle in - long story coming up!
Ever since I was a child I went to the dentist every 6 months and had great teeth. Then I moved to Nottingham and visited a new dentist every 6 months. And as time went on this dentist told me to stop drinking Coke all the time. And every visit the conversation went “I don’t drink Coke”; “well stop drinking fizzy drinks”; “I don’t drink any fizzy drinks”; “Hummm well I think you do and I’m a dentist." And the front of my teeth got more and more yellow and hollowed out.

How I wish I’d realised that he was a rubbish dentist. Then I met Janet Kerr, who was working on Mansfield Road. Janet asked *what* I ate and drank, and *when* I cleaned my teeth. I’d always cleaned my teeth immediately after eating and I drank loads of fresh orange juice. Janet totally changed the way I cared for my teeth in one gentle, non-judgemental conversation. She is a lovely person and a great dentist.

However, I had already done a lot of damage to my teeth. Janet kept on top of the problem until she left to have her family. She referred me to a good dentist, and then I discovered she was working again in Burton Joyce, where I’ve seen her ever since.

However, one day I lost a chunk of tooth and filling, and Janet wasn’t available. Imrana Ishaque stepped in and she has calmly and gently sculpted me a new smile.

Going to the dentist is so important, but going to the *right* dentist is much more important. Pear Tree Dental Centre clearly employs dentists who know how to communicate and who care about their patients. I had no idea I’d seen bad dentists until I discovered what a massive difference an excellent dentist makes to your dental, and overall health. Thank you, Janet, Imrana and Pear Tree.

Warm welcome on arrival , staff always friendly and professional, my dentist ( Mr Mirza) is exceptional, explains everything in detail and reassures me prior to treatment, I would recommend this practice to all

I have only visited the hygienist Jade today but felt relaxed and reassured and she is most polite and thorough in her job.

The staff are always friendly and great service.

The treatment given has been of an excellent standard. I was treated with respect & at all time was well informed as to the choices I could make. The final outcome has been very pleasing & appropriate to my needs..many thanks!

This was my first visit on joining this practice.
The receptionist was quick to see me, responsive and polite.
The appointment was on time. The examination by the dentist was thorough.
Communication was clear throughout.
I was given a clear plan for follow up treatment and clear advice about alternative treatment options.
I recently a treatment appointment as soon as my examination was completed. A very friendly competent service.

I was so anxious and in tears and a lot of pain. All of the staff made me feel relaxed, never rushed me and put me at ease.
I'm so grateful to everyone there and trust them which is huge if you're anxious about dentist visits like I am.
I would highly recommend this dentist surgery.

I’ve been going here for years. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The practice is always clean and well maintained. The dentist and nurses are very professional and complimentary about my teeth. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely no complaints about Pear Tree. Friendly reception, bright and comfortable waiting area. I was seen promptly and my dentist put me at ease. No treatment required but he took the time to answer my questions. Me and my husband are very happy coming here.

I saw Anna for the first time today with sensitivity issue , she was very gentle in examination and explained possible issues , she was considered in her approach to the problem and I very much appreciated her calm manner putting me at ease and suggestion to try some conservative measures before rushing in to extensive dental work .
