Poor Customer Care from idappalli Yard
I had been a customer of Indus Motors for over 13 years and share excellent relation with the staff in the Kalamasseri office.
I had rented a car from the Idappalli yard of IndusGo for three days from 21st March 2022. I was disappointed with the service since the car provided, an Innova Crysta, was fitted with a damaged tyre. This resulted in my family which included two senior citizens and two small children getting stranded on the highway at odd hours for some time.
The damaged tyre was repaired as per directions from IndusGo Customer Care. Even after three days of returning the car, the trip is not closed and the deposit is yet to be returned. I had made payment for the excess kilometers at the time of returning the car for which the staff in charge (Mr Shafeeque P S +916238600804) refused to issue a receipt. There is no way we can ensure that the payment was credited to IndusGo account. We reached out to Manager (Mr. Dhanush +91 6238600810) and did not receive any proper response on any of the issues.
I realized that the Customer Care was not informed of any of these issues.
I am writing this to convey my concern about your company getting an unwarranted bad name due to such staff.
It deeply pains me as a cusomer of Indus Motors to go through this.

The staffs are cooperated very well and very responsive.
It's a very good way to interact.
