Excellent service all round. Setting up a company for the first time so what can be a complex process, was made really simple for me.
The whole thing was managed quickly and easily and having a client portal to check progress, etc is especially handy. Highly recommend.

Scam Artists STEER CLEAR. 😡👎👎
These are Useless. Steer clear of these if you dont want your time wasted and then being swindled out of your money. 3 weeks waiting on company formation from these. Foreign national on email. When we called told them we wanted a refund because of the delays got an email saying they had to take money for the work they put in? 3 weeks nothing then ROBBED? please steer WELL CLEAR OF THESE. Complete and Utter Liars we have proof of all Documents sent as lots of others who have complained. Check other popular review sites you'll see. Scroll down past there friends reviews and you'll see exactly the same issues we had. No responses emails from People no correspondence then these basically Rob you of your money saying they've done work absolutely laughable 😡😡 Theft our Solicitor is preparing court proceedings against you SCAMMERS.
And also Add there "foreign nationals" when they cannot speak English.

Our company formation process can only begin once all required documents and verification steps are completed. In this case, these steps were not fulfilled despite repeated requests, which meant we were unable to proceed within the expected timeframe.
We never charge fees without undertaking work. When a client chooses not to continue or does not provide the necessary information, we retain only the portion that covers administration already completed, as outlined in our terms.
We also want to note that references to a “foreign national” are unnecessary and do not reflect our values. We are a diverse team and work with clients of all nationalities.
We always encourage clients to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly. Our team remains committed to transparency, professionalism, and supporting every client through the process.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Waiting on respond on emails too long. No phone calls all communications go with emails. Unpleasant stuff. Not professionals we are in delay for vat and I sent all documents after one day of delay and after 7 days I must go to find new accountant because Incorpro didn't sort VAT.

To be clear, it was Incorpro that made the decision to terminate our interactions. This action was taken as a direct result of unprofessional and disrespectful correspondence directed at our staff.
Our firm operates on a foundation of mutual respect, our commitment to providing a safe and positive working environment for our team is absolute. When a client's conduct contravenes this policy, we will not hesitate to end the professional relationship.
While your review omits the 30-minute video consultation with our CEO, Andrew, and misrepresents our responsiveness, the ultimate issue was one of conduct. We stand by our decision to protect our team.
We trust you will find a service that is a better match for your needs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with This Firm
I cannot recommend this accounting service. Communication is virtually non-existent – emails go unanswered for weeks. Our VAT returns were consistently late, putting us at risk of penalties. On top of that, the software they use is unreliable and full of errors, which were then submitted directly to Revenue without being checked. Very poor service overall.
