recently ordered parts that had been required for a job ordered before two apparently the employee was on lunch so didn’t send it out when I was assured it would come to me the next day when I had previously spoke on the phone. It didn’t arrive therefore i had to source it elsewhere so because of this i needed to return the item as it was not required now and I’ll make it very clear that not at any point during this returns process was I told that there would be a restock charge..
so there was a restock charge to my surprise which is extremely rare and it does happen which is fair enough for companies that said this usually is the 10% to 15% and to re-stock, it was found to be 25%!!! what a shocker I would’ve kept the item at that cost.There delivery did not come the next day as it was meant to and yet upon returning this I still was charged when it was their fault. I did raise the issue as it’s a very greedy charge at 25%!!! but in return i got a blunt reply then ignored after that.
