Improving Moving Brighouse Anmeldelser

Absolutely faultless. The moving vehicles couldn’t get on the drive due to a tree branch and the guys carried the boxes in from the road (in the rain). They couldn’t do enough for us - moving boxes to the correct rooms and putting the beds up, just wonderful - would recommend to anyone. Thanks Sarah (Leeds)

Joe and his colleague were excellent moving me! They shifted all the furniture and packed it expertly with no help from myself, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this team! Moving can be an exciting yet stressful life event! Joe and his team at Improving Moving Brighouse took some of the stress out of moving for me. Joe is polite, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks Joe for all your help and support!

Joe from Improving Moving was amazing. He literally saved the day when another local removals company let us down at the last minute, leaving us panicked and upset. We were recommended Improving Moving by our estate agent and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Joe contacted us and came out the same evening to our home to quote and make sure our move went ahead. He was friendly and reassuring in a time of stress. His price was competitive and reasonable. The team on the day (including Joe) were efficient and things ran smoothy. We made it into our new home with the much appreciated help from Joe and Improving Moving.

Thank you Joe!

Improving Moving were really professional and helpful, making what can be a really stressful situation run smoothly. Clean, tidy and efficient. They couldn’t do enough to help me. Would recommend!!

Very smooth move with Joe and his team. Took the full packing, and furniture disassembly/reassembly service. Very clean, tidy and efficient. Good communication. Took great care of all our belongings. Provided packing materials and let us unpack at our leisure and return them later. Would recommend.

Brilliant service with brilliant staff and management! Put me at ease with the move and would recommend to everyone who I know are moving !

We were concerned as we had masses of garden stuff to be brought down lots of steep steps but they didn’t bat an eyelid and just got on with it. Joe and his team were helpful, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Improving Moving and their prices are very competitive too.

We found out late on Tuesday that we were completing on our house sale the next day so were referred to Joe by our solicitor. He came to provide a quote the very same evening and helped us move at short notice. The whole process was smooth and efficient and for a reasonable price. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this company to take care of your house removals. They were professional and friendly and made what can be a highly stressful situation into a comfortable one. We needed to move furniture out a few days before the move and they even helped us with this. Our house move went smoothly, and a huge part of that was down to these guys.

We honestly, could not recommend Joe and team more. The most stressful day we've ever had was made to almost feel bearable. Truly, so grateful for the hard work they put in and how they made us feel at ease throughout the whole day.

If we ever move again, not a chance I'm doing it without improving moving.

Absolute legends!

Couldn’t recommend Improving Moving Brighouse enough! From start to finish the team were brilliant, friendly, professional and made the whole moving process so much less stressful. They turned up on time, handled everything with care and nothing was too much trouble. It honestly made such a difference having people who clearly know what they’re doing and actually care. Would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone moving locally.

From getting a quote through to the day of moving, everything was dealt with professionally and promptly. Joe and his team did a fantastic job on the move day and were helpful and friendly throughout. I'd highly recommend using Improving Moving Brighouse to anyone.

Joe and his team were fantastic throughout. Great communication beforehand and on the day. Went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. As an estate agent I deal with lots of property professionals and Joe is amongst the best. They were fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend.

Joe Duffy and his team provide a truly fantastic and memorable (for all the right reasons!!) removal service.

From the outset, giving us a quotation through to unloading that last box off the vehicle, Joe gave an exceptional service. He and his wonderful team literally took the stress out of what is often a highly stressful process of moving house. The complications - such as awkward front yard stairs just didn't phase the team - they took it in their stride and made the process seamless and - dare I say it - enjoyable!!

Nothing was too much trouble - Joe dismantled and then reconstructed our main wardrobe at both ends of the move and was very accommodating when we had to revise our moving date.

We can honestly say that we are delighted that Joe and his team were with us at the start of this new chapter in our lives - thank you really isn't enough. We had so many laughs with them on the day - and they got the job done to a fantastic standard. Do we recommend Improving Moving Brighouse? - ABSOLUTELY!!!

We had a great moving experience with Joe's team and felt they went above and beyond. Unfortunately Joe himself was unwell on the day, but the guys he sent were all excellent. Even some quite tricky furniture moves were done with a smile and a can-do attitude. They really made the experience as chill and stress free as possible. There was one wardrobe that they couldn't quite get up the stairs at our new place, but Joe himself came over a few days later and managed it by taking the doors off and then putting it back together. We really appreciated this extra effort!

Joe and his team made our move feel easy and stress free. Great communication, really organised and a great price!

On the day, the guys were really efficient and really great company too.

Thank you Joe and team. If 100% recommend and use again if needed 😀

We couldn’t have asked for much more from Joe & his team.

We moved from a 4 bed house down a private road to another house on a single track lane which is 3 stories high. This did not phase the team.

The communication during quotes, before the move, during & after has been beyond excellent.

The packing materials provided were excellent quality & his advice invaluable.

Joe & the team’s calmness, efficiency & smiles made moving day a laugh 😆 (quite the achievement) & nothing was too much trouble.

I would use Joe for any moving job again in a flash & highly recommend

Great service from Joe and the lads, would definitely recommend

Joe moved us from Yorkshire to Buckinghamshire earlier this year. The move was complex, with additional pick ups and drop offs en route. Despite snow and ice, Joe and team packed, loaded and delivered on time as planned. They had focus and attention to detail, were flexible, and really went the extra mile. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
