Improving Moving Brighouse Anmeldelser

Joe and his team delivered a first class service from start to finish. Joe was readily contactable, helpful and flexible when our sale was repeatedly delayed. During the move, the team worked extremely hard, taking the utmost care with every item and treated our old and new house with respect. They were also very friendly and good humoured, which helped to keep our stress levels down. We appreciated that Joe recycles and reuses packing materials where possible and this cuts down on waste, which is so important these days. We could not recommend Joe and his team enough.

I can't thank you enough for all that you have done for me Joe ☺️

You and the guys are a great team and you have all amazed me with how you kept laughing and joking together when you must have been absolutely shattered 😲

Thank you so so much you were all worth every penny that I have paid you ☺️ 💖

Joe and his team made our move go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them .

Joe and his team were absolutely brilliant. They came recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. They went above and beyond and made our house move really straight forward and stress free. They're also lovely and friendly which helps! Thanks to you all!! 🫶🏻

Joe was very patient and understanding with the amount of time we had to change our removal date. He provided us with boxes, packing and even marker pens and advice on the best way to pack things.
On the day the lads were hard working and didn't stop from 8am to 8pm. Nothing broken and everything went in it's right place.
The cost was very reasonable and we would recommend them 100%

Absolutely flawless service, the guys took all the pressure out of moving Home I would highly recommend

Joe and his team were friendly, efficient and communicative. My move from my second floor flat to a house nearby went smoothly and without a hitch. My belongings were looked after and well protected in the van and all for a very reasonable price. Cheers guys!

Prompt, punctual (even at short notice), reasonably priced, friendly. Can’t fault them really. 👏

Joe and his team worked tirelessly to deliver a successful house move for us. On one of the hottest days of the year the team were fully committed, diligent, polite and professional. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team were recommended by my estate agent and I’m so glad because I don’t think I’d have come across them otherwise. I did get some quotes from other firms but Joe’s friendly, thorough and professional approach inspired great confidence. Our move from Halifax to Devon was delayed but Joe kept in touch and revisited to double check everything and reassure us. The 2 day move wasn’t without its issues, including a 30+ degree heatwave, but Joe and Cody were invincible, unloading with cheerful good humour.
Reliable, efficient and communicative- I wholeheartedly recommend Joe and his team. They really do go above and beyond. Thanks a million!

A heartfelt thank you to Joe and the team at Improving Moving.

Moving from Wiltshire to West Yorkshire over two days was never going to be the simplest of moves, but Joe and the team were fantastic from start to finish.

They worked incredibly hard, were professional throughout, and approached every challenge with good humour and a can-do attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, even when faced with the inevitable complications that come with a long-distance move.

What particularly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. Getting my piano into exactly the right place in the new house was no easy task, but the team persevered until it was done. I suspect they have at least a few stories to tell from that move!

More importantly, they were genuinely lovely people to have around during what can be a very stressful life event. By the end of the two days, I felt I was saying goodbye to friends rather than a removals company.

Thank you, Joe and team, for all your hard work, patience and good humour. I am enormously grateful for everything you did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Improving Moving to anyone planning a move.

Joe and his team were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Great guys! Nothing was damaged. A lot of things of mine were very heavy and they did everything without moaning. It was great! Fantastic cuz they went out of their way to make me feel happy and that my items will get to its destination in one piece. So thank you very much. Fantastic job! Thank you!

Joe and his team were amazing. Fast, careful, lovely to deal with & made the whole process stress free! Thank you so much Joe. Would highly recommend.

Joe and his team were fantastic start to finish. Punctual, hardworking and flexible. Made the stressful process of moving that bit easier. Would highly recommend their services. Couldn’t have been happier with their efforts.

I couldn’t recommend this guys more. I’ve used them twice to move and both times they have been amazing. They literally made the moving day stress free.

Joe was in good communication throughout our booking and always on hand for prospective moving dates. On the day of the move everything went smoothly and his team worked hard to get our belongings to our new home safely and in good time.
