DO NOT SEND your packages to staten island NY location.. There is no one to receive packages and carriers deliver packages anywhere on the side of the building .. even if it says dock, probably it go... Se mere

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid. When you wake up,avoid. In the afternoon, avoid. And in the evening, avoid. Just avoid Imail. I just lost 2 valuable items with them. Unless you wanna chat with their customer care and at the end not find your item, just AVOID

I thought this issue was due to a package that was not labeled correctly and the matter was concluded

THEY SCAMMED ME

Anyone who has never shipped with these criminals should never try. Few months ago they scammed me items worth kshs 7,000 only for them to take over 8 months despite them recieving the items on the third day of purchase from ebay. The 3-small items were less than a kg only for them to package my goods with other peoples products and ask me for Kshs 14,000 as sipping cost on delivery 8-Moths later!!!!!!
I will keep rating this corrupt company for scamming Kenyans until they are exposed.

Shipment was sent over three months…

Shipment was sent over three months ago. To date nothing given. They overcharge and then make excuses. They said pay the additional charges and you get the parcel else it will take time to come out. Now the fourth month is starting and they still are not interested in shipping or delivering. These guys are crooks. I have since then had three other shipments from US delivered but not these guys. Keep using the excuse the goods are stuck in customs....but other companies manage to deliver.

As is public knowledge, KRA seized a lot of shipments from almost all shipping companies starting in June 2023 as they were trying to enforce their new policy of clearing goods by value as opposed to the tradition of using weight. All clients with goods in that shipment were affected and there was a slight extra charge which we communicated via invoice three months ago. We gave you the choice of waiting until we could negotiate the figure down since the extra charges were astronomical but you chose not to pay the invoice, We have communicated severally that as long as the invoice is paid, we would just need your delivery address and you can even send proof of payment and delivery address here. This was the only shipment we had an issue with and as mentioned earlier it affected all companies and as mentioned, we'd just need you to pay the invoice and provide us with your delivery address. We do apologize for that extra charge that affected the shipment but when it comes to KRA, it wasn't really a choice
