What a difference a single person can make for an Organisation has been exemplified by Sara of Imagine Holidays.
Last weekend I put a bad review for the company given our cruise was cancelled and refund had not arrived into our account as discussed.
Thought we were badly dealt with- but Sara took the issue upon herself on Monday (08/04) morning and after apologising she acted with utmost professionalism and empathy and understood our viewpoint and took the complaint further and made sure it was resolved within a very reasonable timeframe and updated me along the way.
We had got our refund within 45minutes of her taking up the issue.
Mistakes happen - it’s how we can recover from it and win over clients is what matters- We will surely go back to Sara next time we want to book a holiday.

No Hard Sell
Call-back from the Auckland office was prompt and our request for a better cabin than initially assigned on our proposed cruise was actioned with ease. There was no hard sell to commit to a booking but given all relevant information in such a friendly and efficient manner we did so. We also received prompt confirmation of our Cruise booking from P&O which was reassuring.

Captivating ad in NZ Post just at the right time for me.
Initially found ‘information overload’ when making a phone enquiry. Too hastily presented to an old lady! BUT after reflecting on the conversation and emailing the lady who gave me the information it was presented clearly and I could ponder then make a decision to proceed.
