Low quality product, company will not honor warranty
In my experience this appears to be a dishonest/ scamming company that will not honor product warranties. My monitor stopped working in 2 months and is under a 1 year warranty. I have sent numerous videos of product not working while using all original cables. The Lepow representative continues to say I am not using the USB cable they sent me and will therefore not honor the warranty. This is false; I am using their cable and the USB cable has absolutely nothing to do with the monitors defect.

We have been supporting your warranty request from the beginning.
Regarding the issue that appeared after two months of use, the product is still under warranty.
However, we do need the unit to be returned to us for inspection and repair.
According to our warranty policy, the shipping cost for sending the item back needs to be covered by the customer.
As for the cable issue, we noticed that the cable you used at first was not the original one, and only later you switched to the original cable.
For stable performance and accurate troubleshooting, we always recommend using the original cable that comes with the monitor.
If you are willing to proceed, our support team is ready to assist you with the return and repair process at any time.

DANGER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My horrible experience started early September when I initiated a 3-screen setup with expedited shipping with estimated delivery within 10 days. The order then went into a black hole and no communication. After three weeks I received a note stating the company had shut down for a period of time, but they would ship out the order. The order finally arrived on October 2nd. I followed the instructions but all three units for reasons unknown would not communicate my Macbook Air. I spent several days, ~6 hours troubleshooting over WhatsApp with some person in Hong Kong. They finally gave up and said their Gen 2 was coming in two weeks and they would ship me a new unit. I was not happy but agreed. Then after three weeks they should out the new unit after I provide proof, I return the defective unit to their warehouse in NY at my expense.
Thursday November 20th, I received the replacement unit. Upon packing there were no signs of it being a Gen 2 unit which the agreed to. I proceeded to setup the unit and again the same problem, plus one monitor was damaged during shipment and had discolored lines running thru it.
I immediately contacted them on WhatsApp and they insisted on troubleshooting which I did not have time, nor did I have the patients to back and forth on WhatsApp for hours. I requested a refund and informed them my original payment source had been lost and I would need to provide them with a replacement card number.
Saturday November 22nd, I woke up to message on WhatsApp stating their platform does not support issuing a refund to a replacement card, basically telling me I’m screwed. The conversation then went back to forcing me into troubleshooting the defective unit.
First problem – I paid for expedited shipping and did not get it in the time frame required
Second problem – All three screens were defective (wasted 6 hours of my personal time)
Third problem – They required me to pay for return and required proof even though the product was defective and they admitted it
Fourth problem – My source of payment (credit card) was stolen which I received a replacement card but the company refused to issue a credit stating their system would not allow for it.
Fifth problem – The company is forcing me back to troubleshooting their defective product.
Six problem – The company has had my money for 3 months, I have no working system, and they refused to issue a refund.
For those looking to purchase products from Lepow (ilepow.com) - BUYER BEWARE – BAD COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE!

Hello, thank you for your detailed feedback. We would like to clarify the actual situation to avoid any misunderstanding:
Our multi-screen product requires driver installation and supports only Apple M-series chips (M1–M5).
This is clearly written on our product page and user manual.
You originally purchased the triple-screen version, and we upgraded you to the four-screen model for free.
When you reported issues, we again sent you a full new second-generation set, and everything was fully tested before shipment.
The screen lines and scratches you experienced were caused by international shipping damage.
This can happen during cross-border deliveries, but we still offered either a free replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
We have already covered all major after-sales costs, including two rounds of international shipping, import duties, product replacement costs, and losses from damaged units.
Because these costs are very high, we needed to discuss a reasonable return method with you — this is standard procedure, not refusal of service.
Regarding refunds:
Since you paid on our website with a credit card, the refund must go back to the same card.
This is required by the bank/payment gateway. We cannot send the refund to a different card, but we are open to discussing alternative solutions.
Your package was shipped via UPS expedited service, but delays happened due to the U.S. Black Friday peak season.
This affected all carriers nationwide, and we kept tracking the shipment for you during this period.
Our support team has been continuously following up with you.
We have never refused to help, and we are still here to complete your replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Awesome setup for fair price
I bought the flexscreen 4 screen bundle, it's great for my stock trading needs. It's light weight (considering 4 screens), is modular setup and can be adjusted as needed. The cost was fair value and the customer service has been excellent. I can't speak for longevity yet, but so far, 5 stars all around!

Falsely advertised 30-day return policy and rude customer service
I ordered a product from this company (value over $100), and it turns out that is not exactly what I needed. They claim to offer a thirty day return policy, and I requested a return and refund within seven days of purchase. Customer Service is extremely rude, and told me to contact them on WhatsApp, without any instructions. They are refusing to honor my return, as they said there is nothing wrong with their product, so a refund will not be honored. If you are planning to purchase a product from this company, you need to make sure ABSOLUTELY that it is exactly what you need. With as this is complicated computer equipment, DON’T read the reviews, read the SPECS of the product.

This company sells monitors on Amazon and ran an Indiegogo campaign for a stacked monitor. They have not fulfilled the orders and do not respond to inquiries about the status while they continue to sell other monitors on their own website and Amazon.
