Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I've waited since the day the store opened to get both the items I wanted and a delivery date. Finally managed it, delivery date weeks after purchase, emailed to say items on way, followed by email saying one item out of stock at time of purchase. BS. Probably out of stock at time of picking, weeks after purchase. Received a refund. Don't want a refund, I want a backorder, or I don't want any of the items (a set). Website customer service is totally useless, saying order and "case number" (that tells you something) don't exist, but can definitely sign up to IKEA family. I think not. Waited 10minutes on the phone to speak to a human, who was lovely and quite frankly has clearly heard my complaint many times before. Promised to be notified when item back in stock. Once I get that, likely never shopping from IKEA NZ again.
