We worked with Ria from IKAN as we moved our family (including three children under 6) from the United States to Bangalore. Ria was the perfect professional and guide. My husband and I came to Bangalore in early August to find a place to live and school for the kids - Ria asked insightful questions ahead of time and was thoroughly prepared with options for communities and schools. She helped us think through our preferences and needs, negotiating on our behalf to get our top picks. When we arrived back in October, she provided clear updates on finalizing the lease and helped us get through initial setup. Between both the logistics and just feeling comfortable in Bangalore, we couldn’t have asked for a better partner than Ria.

Vinod coordinated visits to apartments with given criteria, arranged for transportation and followed up without fail. He arrived for the tour on time. He provided summary of the day with ranking of apartments viewed. Conversations were great and informative about the city and neighborhood. Enjoyed the service provided.

The overall flow of the trip was good. The team was punctual and guided me well. The vehicle allocated was in good condition and the driver was very professional and followed safe driving.
