We had a very amiable, helpful and knowledgeable guide in Mary Margaret. We had a fantastic tour of Lalbagh gardens during our day where Mary also acted as translator of the tour. We also visited Bangalore Palace and some of the main areas of the city, including Cubbon Park, MG Road, Brigade Road and Indiranagar. We were also taken for an authentic and delicious lunch. The only downside with the service was the securing of phone services. It took longer than expected to confirm that an eSIM was not possible and had to restart the process for a physical SIM, which has also turned out to be unusable due to the locked phone. This has left us without an Indian phone number, which will require assistance from friends/colleagues for any 'one time password' situations during our stay here. Our recommendation would be to first verify the status of the person's device before spending an hour in the phone shop (split across two visits) for the result of an unusable physical SIM. Mary Margaret has also left us with some great information in the summary email following our day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable day with her and thank her for her professionalism.

Mary has been extremely helpful to me during my transition to India. She is also so kind. She has helped me get familiar with Bengaluru, helped me settle into my living space, and helped me set up an Indian mobile number and bank. I am so thankful for all of her help.

Just wanted to share some feedback on my relocation experience with Vinod from your team. He was really helpful and polite throughout, and I appreciate his support with setting up the gas connection and helping with the Wi-Fi setup.

However, the housing options shown were quite limited, especially in the better areas. I ended up going flat hunting on my own and found several good options in the same budget that hadn’t been shown earlier.

Also, for the Wi-Fi, Vinod shared my number with multiple companies, and I started getting nonstop calls on a weekday. It would’ve been better if he had just shared a price comparison instead of giving out my contact info.

Overall, he’s a great guy and very supportive, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the kind of options shown and how communication is handled.

I loved the whole orientation. My guide, Vinod, was great and he went out of the way to make me feel comfortable and helped me with the whole process.

The home finding program was great . It helped me finding home in new city. Mr. Vinod is great person and very knowledgable and knows most of the location in this area and have many connections in the area.

Mary Margaret ensured I had a super easy transition into Bangalore! Right when I stepped out of the airport I was taken to my hotel and after I got a great tour of Bangalore. I got to see some landmarks and try Biriyani for the first time. Amazing host and she was super nice!
