Thanks to IKAN and Geetanjali for the orientation!

Hey i really wanna tell you about IKAN, They have well organized my relocation orientation end to end and thanks to Geethanjali for being there to assist, interact and was a really good experience of spotting important places of Chennai. And the session was really helpful to know some of the details which i was not aware of about Chennai. Thanks to Geetanjali and IKAN once again. You should opt for this Orientation once if you are coming to Chennai to start your new chapter.

Really responsive and taking ownership

Really reactive to emails, always helpful!
Did what they could to save the day when other stakeholders of my relocation were lagging behind 🙏
Only con is pretty minor: paperwork could be further optimized; I had to provide multiple times the same pieces of information to fill different forms. Would have saved me some time if they recovered previous information.
Overall, really satisfied with Ikan’s services. Thank you Veronica and Rajesh!

Best relocation ever

The whole journey with IKAN Relocation was amazing - managers were very nice and really wanted to do the best for my relocation.
Special thanks to Rohan Baweja - he is truly the best estate agent I’ve ever seen!

Hello, We just re-located to Delhi in Sept 2023. It has been an interesting time to come back to India. We worked with Reynold and Pooja, along with their agent Lalit. Overall we were very happy with the service that was provided by the team. They put together a long list of properties that was reflective of our wish list. They listened and adjusted the list as we changed our specifications based on what we saw. We appreciated their calm demeanour, enthusiasm and professionalism as we embarked on this very significant moment in our lives. We enjoyed seeing the properties and getting good insight from them in terms of what we should and should not be looking for as we narrowed our choices. They worked hard to negotiate a fair lease with our landlord. It has been very nice spending time in getting to know them, they made what is a difficult decision more enjoyable with their commitment to help us secure a home that suited our needs at this stage in our life. Thank you to Reynold, Pooja, and Lalit. We hope to keep in touch with all of you as we settle into our delhi life.
