Relocation from UK to Canada
We moved our belongings from the UK to Canada with Ignite. The teams were responsive, both in the UK and Canada. I found them to be helpful and clear on prices, procedures and organization. The moving teams on both ends, were friendly and kind, they looked after our things well and worked really hard. I'd highly recommend Ignite.

Highly recommend if you need personal attention! …
An amazing company to use for the relocation. I am a control freak so researched around and spoke with at least 10 top notch companies in UK.. some that were rated as the top 3, others that had been around for more than 100 years. In the end I went with Ignite due to the customer service and the personal attention. I don't like talking to voice machines but humans. Right from the quote to the expert advice, sharing customs guidelines, Josh was very helpful. Emma was super efficient in getting the paper work, insurance sorted, getting bespoke crates for my expensive & fragile items. The packing team was super efficient and packed all my items like a pro. The delivery team in Bangkok was excellent. Got customs cleared smoothly, unpacked 21 boxes in 70 minutes and NOT A SINGLE BROKEN OR CRACKED ITEM!! This was an achievement as 90% of my items were delicate and fragile. Amazing team, who were on WhatsApp with me through out the journey and made my transition from UK to Thailand stress free!

Absolutely fantastic!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ignite. We have successfully moved from the UK to Malaysia and are so happy with the smooth, efficient service we received at every single stage of the process.
We originally got quotes from 8 different companies. Ignite was one of the most reasonable and almost half the price of one of the companies we consulted. We were hugely impressed with all the staff we dealt with along the way. We very much wanted a live load to make sure we absolutely filled our shipping container. Most companies told us that this was impossible but Ignite made it happen. Joshua was brilliant at explaining the process and talking us through the stages. Louise then took over as our move manager. She could not have done a better job in any way. She was available to answer questions, she took a real interest in our situation and she checked in with us at every stage of the move. The movers who packed our stuff in the UK did a fantastic job and not a single thing broke in the whole process. The movers in Malaysia were equally efficient and careful.
We are absolutely thrilled with how the move went and are so thankful that we came across Ignite and that our move was in their hands. Highly, highly recommend!

Personalised, hassle-free moving
I booked with Ignite once I had already relocated to Australia as I still had some furniture left in the UK to be moved and wasn't happy with my original movers and I am so glad I did. They were reasonably priced and the process was super easy from start to finish. From the customer service (special shout-out to the amazing Louise), the communicative drivers on the day, and the follow-ups through to receiving my goods at the other end, the experience felt very personalised and stress-free.

Simple process all the way through - despite the complications of shipping internationally. I got clear advice and instructions at each stage and I knew exactly what was required from me. Collection and packing was exactly on time and very well done. I got regular updates from the same staff member all through the voyage of our treasured possessions which arrived intact and safely.

I moved from Bahrain back to the UK…
I moved from Bahrain back to the UK with my family. I had some issues with my previous mover so Ignite was recommended to me by a colleague. I decided to move with Ignite instead and I am so glad I did. All my worries were put to rest after the first call and their promise was delivered right until I had my goods in the UK.
