We moved internationally from London to the US and Ignite did a great job for us. Their communication and support throughout the process was great. They were very easy to speak with and always responded quickly.

They packed all of our items very well. By the time everything reached the final destination in the United States, all of our items were in the same great condition as they were before moving. We had a good amount of nice glassware that was packed very well and every glass made it without a scratch.

I highly recommend Ignite for your future move.

Ignite helped with my move from the UK to the US. From collection of the shipment to final delivery, Emma kept me promptly updated every step along the way. Even after the shipment has been transferred on to their local partners for delivery, she checked in regularly and was always available to answer any questions I had. Thank you for taking care to make my move a smooth one, would recommend to anyone relocating abroad.

Based on survey and review, we decided to choose Ignite Relocations as our mover for personal items and home appliance for our move from Scotland to Saudi Arabia. The overall cost for the service was very reasonable and I really appreciate the frequent communication and live update regarding the status and location of the shipment. I received the shipment after 14 weeks (considering long detour as Suez Canal was closed due to ongoing conflict) and everything was in good order. I highly recommend this company for international relocation.

Their whole team were super helpful, giving me valuable advice & support every step of the way from packing up in the UK to arrival in Perth. Their paperwork is logical & simple to use and when I met an issue they explained again how to navigate my way through all the processes required. I cannot recommend them enough and I would definitely use them again.

I used Ignite Relocations to handle my move from London to Ireland. They handled everything from start to finish and the process was easier than I had ever expected. I highly recommend this company.

I got what I paid for. Shame photos can’t be shared.

1. On the move-in day, the move manager was away from her desk during the afternoon of the packing, knowing there was an ongoing issue.

2. The team they contracted the move out. The contractors came in speaking in a foreign language the entire way, not knowing they should have brought the special boxes I paid for, such as the wardrobe cartons, boxes for mirrors, and box for the bicycles.

3. Speaking of special boxes, I purchased the special wardrobe cartons. At my destination, I found these special cartons have been swapped for normal cardboard boxes. Also, the specially sized mirror boxes I purchased? They were just normal boxes, not custom-sized. Movers packed it with more cardboard. That’s the definition of a scam: to charge your customers for something you’re then not providing.

4. My bike arrived with a patch of mold on the tyres. Tells you about how they store items.

5. The bike was also dismantled improperly, as 2 screws are missing from the handlebar.

6. Lamp arrived crushed, and in a box with no top. Let me put it another way, half the lamp was sticking out of a box that was half its height. This was, again, an un-notified repacking they did after leaving my home.

7. 2 titanium crates arrived with joints broken. For one of these crates, the broken-off parts were found wrapped in paper in a different box. For the other crate, the parts are just missing.

Again, shame I can’t share photos.

I would not recommend Emma to be anyone’s move “manager”.

Ignite relocations were fantastic! They moved us from the UK 🇬🇧 to Australia 🇦🇺 Right from the get go they got in touch and we had our own personal manager to deal with personally and the time difference was never an issue for getting in contact.
They packed our goods and even upack at the other end! However we did not require this service, only partial help packing. They were very gentle and considerate with our things and very patient.
I would have no hesitation is recommending them to anyone moving locally or internationally. They were also very competitive with their pricing, infact were cheaper than other companies.

The service from start to finish has been superb. Joshua and Diana went the extra mile nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommended !

I used Ignite for a move from London to Vancouver and would recommend over and over. Emma was fantastic from the start and ensure I was kept in the loop upto and past out final move in - a real end-to-end service.

It’s taken me a couple of weeks longer to leave a review as my relocation from London to California has been admin heavy, but without Ignite Relocations I am not sure I would have made it with all my things! Special thanks to Emma who was absolutely fantastic - Emma genuinely rescued my move! She was super helpful, efficient and so very patient with all my US customs questions. Genuinely a lovely bunch of people to work with. I can’t recommend Ignite Relocations enough and they will be my first point of contact for any for any international move in the future!

Ignite have been amazing with my relocation to the Middle East. I used them to arrange ship freight. Emma was my main contact and she kept in touch throughout and guided me through the process. Our UK packing team were fantastic and the unpacking team on the other end also excellent. I have no reservations recommended this company to everyone!

Very happy with the crew and the services. The crews Are very professional. Customer services are very helpful. The only issue was our shipment got delayed for 45 days due to cargo company having to reroute the cargo... The wait wasn't pleasant and we couldn't ask for any compensation either.
