Excellent service, got a 50 year old heating system replaced within 2 weeks of applying job got completed on the day . Would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend great service from start to finish. The guy who came to survey was very helpful and polite. The engineers were most efficient and helpful in every way really nice blokes did a great job,wish all tradesman were as easy to deal with, 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so angry at the installation of the boiler at my mother's house. The contractors, Berks Insulation Slough, turned up 4 hours late. This meant they finished work late in the evening and my mother didn't see what they'd dond outside until the next morning. They refused to install the boiler in the airing cupboard where the original boiler was. Obviously this was too much work for them. Instead they installed it in the kitchen. The pipes have all been run OUTSIDE the house. Not only an eyesore but certainly dangerous and exposed to the elements. A pile of tar like debris has been left in the drive which has dried and cannot be removed. Some debris has been emptied into the toilet, which has also stuck and can't be removed. And there is a water leak in the bathroom.
I have complained to both IGNI and the contractors, so far no responses. I am currently investigating legal recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My boiler is working but my blinds are ruined took me nearly 5 hours to clean up pipe attached to downspout has come away from the gutter hence a waterfall at the corner of my house hopefully it will be repaired asap then I would recommend then to a colleague

Thank you IGNI, I’ve had four hard working individuals here today mo and his partner grafted very hard and it’s been a long day for them fitting my new boiler I would recommend igni to everyone for the caring the team showed my mother of 84year old and answers all my mother questions 10 out 10 I was a bit taken by the government scheme meaning she was eligible for a new boiler and loft insulation completely free but everything has been efficient and spot on please call this great team many thanks to Terry and mo

I was very impressed by the team that insulated my lofts. They were extremely fast and efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would certainly recommend this company.

Wow. I cannot rate the teams highly enough, they were polite, professional and went out of their way to help me. I honestly could not fault them. I was so shocked at how accommodating they were. Nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic. Definitely 5 stars.

In relation to my recent experience with IGNI, I personally have found their Staff to be; Good Communicators, Punctual, very Competent, Clear & Easy-to-Understand, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Polite, very Presentable & totally Professional
My Heating Installation experience has definitely been made a lot easier to work around primarily because of the pleasant & skilled staff, and general work attitude and ethics of IGNI and their employees / representatives

The company sorted my claim fir a new boiler within a week. My previous boiler was 25 years old I was told as I have recently moved to this hoise wasnt sure why its not functioning. The lads were lovely and carried the work out on the assigned date and time. I was talked through it and thet cleared away everything before they left. Very happy with the work carried out.

I'm so impressed with the service. I had my boiler installed at the weekend and the teams were incredible. They talked it all through with me, like the placement, the pipework, the extractor fans etc. They answered all my questions and were super informative. I could not fault the installation team at all.
The process to get the grant took a bit of time as I had only very recently purchased the property but we got there in the end.
The house had a 30+ year old back boiler and they have replaced it with a fantastic combi model. The teams cleaned up and were super courteous throughout the day. It was also all done in 1 day! I'm very impressed. Thank you

Lee from Dudley the gas engineer was great, helpful, went the extra mile I cannot recommend him enough. This has given my mum great peace of mind as the winter approaches.

Didn't start of great due to several cancelled dates, but did come to gether eventually. The contractor David Routledge that fitted boiler was very good and professional at his job.
