"HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have emailed IGA head office TWICE now, about the lack of ..."Gluten free" products in Grenada, which I think, has declined over the last 2 years. They didn't even have the "decency", and "good manners" to even acknowledge my email...let alone reply!
It is VITALLY IMPORTANT for people like me, who have "Coeliac Disease" to have "Gluten free" products to buy. If we don't, and we eat sonething with 'Gluten' in it, then we can be SERIOUSLY ILL!
I told them this, but it seems they just don't care. ...Shameful.

For the last 2 weeks they have had hamburger out and I was there by 12 pm and cashiers have attitudes when you want to put your groceries on counter yourself

Yes, you can place an order online with IGA however delivery of what you ordered is not assured. I'm not talking about 1 item out of 15, I mean 12 items out of 15. I contacted IGA regards this and they advised the problem is that online orders track to a specific store. They will allow you to place your order but there is no guarantee they have the stock. So, yes, I ordered 15 items of the same stock item and got three. IGA advised me to call ahead of placing the order to check they actually have the stock they advertise. I just placed the balance order with COLES. It came, all of it came the next day. Guess what I will be doing from now on?

WE HAVE SHOPPED HERE FOR DECADES, BUT JUST THIS WEEK, DEC.24TH, 2025, I VISITED THE ONE ON CHAMPLAIN, LASALLE. I BOUGHT A PLAIN SACK OF RUSSET POTATOES, BUT NEVER HAVE I SEEN SO PERFECT A BAG. SADLY, USUALLY THERE ARE BLACK SPOTS ALL IN EACH POTATO, BUT NOT ONE IN THIS BAG. WHEVER THEY WERE PURCHASED, CONGRATULATIONS TO THAT GROWER!

Worst prices in my region out of all competitors. Website does not function, you cannot actually construct a cart. In my local store they also think many people are stealing, I have never experienced it but I do hear them talking about it all the time.
They also stock the shelves in the morning which interferes with anyone that might try and shop in the mornings. Just about every aisle will have a worker with a huge dolly of products to stock. Their has to be a solution to that.
LASTLY FIX YOUR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT COMES OFF AS DATA COLLECTION. Which just to make sure it isn't I will be reporting to FCAC

Not a fan of Davis IGA in Kent, CT - prices rather high . The manager Greg is arrogant and fake just like the whiny front end manager Melissa . I’ll shop at Stop and Shop any day before stepping foot in this store.

Their products are acceptable. But the cost is abhorrent. If I wish to purchase beef there, I must choose between extremely tough, mid-range priced beef and decently tender, overly expensive beef. And so I choose to purchase my beef at Super C or Adonis or PA. For those who choose not to eat pork and are tired of chicken, beef should be a viable option. And truth be told, earlier this year I did purchase filet mignon from an IGA in Montreal and it was extremely tough....

IGA have loved going there but last two times I’ve had bugs in my pasta packet, the Parmesan cheese was a year out of date and I bought a 1litre juice from fridge and it was completely off I just think they could improve by hiring more people for just checking products and produce all the above food wise also previously before this I bought tomato sauce and it was off as well came out black and I told them to check them all and the whole shelf was all off

I love the IGA in Georgetown Ohio it's a great store great meat and priced 👍 thank you IGA where I get attention

Cela fait plusieurs jours que j'essaye de commander sur le site de iga.net, ça ne fonctionne pas. On me demande à chaque fois que je veux mettre un article dans le panier, la petite fenêtre s'ouvre" et c'est écrit: "Pour assurer une disponibilité et des prix précis des produits, choisissez votre magasin" après je dois me connecter, etc... Mon panier est toujours vide, alors que je clique pour mettre les articles dedans. Une dernière petite chose, les prix en ligne ne son t pas les mêmes qu'en magasin. Par exemple je regardais des marmelades d'oranges Favuzzi, en magasin elles sont à 10,29$ et en ligne en promo (du 21 au 27 Mars 2024) à 8,99$, pourquoi un tel écart de prix.

I had such a wonderful experience, it was so nice to hear some of the lovely staff having a good laugh & chat with some customers. Just beautiful staff helping to their fullest. A wonderful experience all round.

IGA in Claresholm has outrageous prices. And their produce is often not suitable for human consumption. A few days ago I went to buy fresh peppers red, yellow, and orange. I couldn't find one that wasn't half or more rotten. I've tried to buy carrots several times the tops had mold growing on them. As well as mushy moldy yellow onions. And the prices are extremely high. For decaying food. There should be a health inspector checking there regularly.

Thee worst in house brand of sweet tea and lemonades I've ever bought what A MASSIVE WASTE OF 8 BUCKS OF MY MONEY . Tasted like unfiltered unsweetened tea and the lemonade was so bland..

The last time I placed an online order I had a bad experience; when the delivery driver came he lied and said my credit card was declined and told me he wanted to see my card, it was a lie, my card was not declined, but he copied my card so he can make fraudulent charges to my card.

He told me his name is Zackaria, and If any charges show up on my card I will know it was either him or somebody at that store that did it.

We retired seven years ago and moved to Northeastern Pennsylvania from the metro DC/MD/VA “inside the beltway” turf where you could find anything you wanted anytime you needed it. I anticipated I would not have an equivalent level of shopping options where I now live.

The nearest “supermarket” to where we live is the Lake Region IGA in Hawley. I was pleasantly surprised to find its deli offering Boars Head products and while small, the Lake Region IGA carries 99% of the items I routinely purchase. The night manager, Eric, is a delightful and helpful employee. He is open to suggestions for improvement.
Some of the cashiers did not personally handle the coronavirus pandemic safety requirements and lost patience with customers when there were issues; however, most of the staff — much younger now than when I started shopping there in 2015 — have been pleasant and professional.

Why is IGA supporting terrorist in Canada by Supplying them with food under they're own tent in the incampement with the company logo. All of Canada can see your food tent . We Don't feed terrorist groups in Canada,but IGA well.
