I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. Flying today to a wedding and had to go without. I couldn't use my iest order discount code because although my order was over €100, I didnt qualify for some reason.

White T shirts do not last long. Also the neck of polo shirts mark easily even with a hand wash. Contacted customer services as advised and no response!!!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service at Liffey Valley
I have been a loyal Tommy Hilfiger customer for nearly 18 years and have always loved the brand. In all my years shopping with Tommy Hilfiger in Ireland, I have always experienced excellent customer service, which is why my experience at the Liffey Valley store was particularly disappointing.
I recently went to the store to collect an online order. When I showed the girl behind the counter the order on my iPhone, she questioned whether the phone and the order actually belonged to me and asked me for ID. I have collected orders from Tommy Hilfiger many times over the years and have never been asked for ID in this situation before.
I completely understand that staff may need to follow security procedures, but the way this was handled made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion and spoken down to. There was no friendly or professional explanation, and I left the store feeling extremely uncomfortable and simply wanting to leave as quickly as possible.
I was genuinely shocked because Tommy Hilfiger has always had such a high standard of customer service in my experience. One unpleasant interaction should not define a brand I have supported for nearly two decades, but I do feel that this incident should be brought to management’s attention.
I hope Tommy Hilfiger will take this feedback seriously and review how this situation was handled, as customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, particularly loyal customers.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. I noticed immediately after placing my order that the delivery address was incorrect and tried to cancel it, but there were no agents available at the time.
I contacted customer service early the next morning and explained that I had already placed a new order with the correct address. However, I was told that orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes. How is that possible when no agents were available to help me?
Unfortunately, the order is now being sent to an address where I no longer live, so I will likely lose the package. Not a good customer service experience at all
