Very quick response to email and answered all my questions. I sent off my iPhone 8 for replacement front and rear glass and a new battery. The phone came back very quickly looking like new. Top class service, great people to deal with. Highly recommended.

I recently found the top of my iPhone 11 submerged in shallow water in the sink, an accident but a disaster, face recognition disabled. Went to see the Apple shop in Derby - told me I need to spend £375 for a replacement, and the phone could eventually fail as the corrosion might spread. Spoke to a local repair shop who told me it's an Apple repair. Today I went to iDoctor in Sheffield after speaking to Olly on the phone. 2 hours later he had fitted a new true depth camera for £109. My phone is perfect, thank you Olly - what wonderful service and I recommend anyone with smart phone problems to give Olly a call on 0114 2962287.

I have used iDoctor twice now... the 1st time was for a new battery, a few years back, which was done whilst I waited... the 2nd time was just after New Year (2023) after my phone died, on Xmas Day (2022)... I thought it was the battery again, which Olly ordered in (along with a new back as mine was cracked... this was for a Samsung Galaxy S9 & paid upfront)... unfortunately, the phone had significant water damage & was not repairable... Olly tried to see if he could retrieve any data, but this was also not possible... Olly kindly dropped off my SIM & memory card, (to my home, as I lived nearby, & am fairly housebound) plus the money, despite the time consuming effort he'd put in, in trying to retrieve the data...
Olly was both friendly & professional, & kept me updated along the way... completely trustworthy, imho
Definitely highly recommended, & I would use him again if I have issues with my new phone, if outside of it's warranty

Got a rear glass and battery replacement on my iPhone 8. Quick turnaround and great price. I got quoted £70 just for a rear glass in town and they would have to send it away, iDoctor did the glass for £39 and I sent it to them. Really pleased at the speed and efficiency. Highly recommended

Great repair and ridiculous turnaround speed. They received the phone Wednesday lunchtime, and I received it back Thursday morning repaired perfectly.

Brilliant experience with this company! And when i say this I really mean it. Oli did everything he could to ensure my device got back to me spanking new, despite my hiccups. I forgot to add my order number and return details when sending my phone off for repair, which left Oli with a phone but no owner. I contacted him after a short while to check on my order, and he explained to me that he had kept it safe aside, already repaired until an owner could come forward, did some checks to make sure it was actually me who owned the device and voila. Next day shipping, arrived before mid day, and came with a lil bag of haribo's as a thankyou :) couldn't be happier, great parts and brilliant customer service! what a great guy!

Excellent service, as per other reviews. The back glass was cracked & it was repaired really quickly, almost by return. Thoroughly recommend this business, I will certainly use again if necessary.

Sent my iPhone over on Fri, they received and fixed it on Sat, and sent it back same-day. Charged me a fraction of what other shops would have done, too. They fixed the screen, rear glass, and camera and my poor, shattered phone now looks brand spanking new. They brought it back to life, and I’m super grateful. I’d been putting it off for months. I’m so glad I came across their website!

Brilliant service, iPhone needed a new audio chip (which apple don't fix) & battery, drop phone off, it was ready to pick up next day. Great price as well, would highly recommend.

I was hesitant to send my iPhone off to a random business online, especially when the prices seemed almost suspiciously low, but I went ahead and sent it off anyway. Now after using them, I no longer feel that way at all, so I wanted to write this for anyone else feeling like I did.

iDoctor have a very quick turnaround — it seems they fix your phone and then send it back the same day it arrives!

They also have incredible customer service. The first battery installed into my iPhone turned out to be faulty so I had to send it back again so they could put a new battery in. The company covered the special delivery costs there and back (at a cost of around £15), AND, to top it off, they refunded me in full the cost of the battery replacement. Now I have a brand new feeling iPhone that is working perfectly.

A postal service, it was sent back promptly with a new glass and battery again at 100% health. Reasonable prices, good comms, would use again.

Fast and efficient service. Well priced. Fixed a problem that another company had caused. Also did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs to boost up the bill. Returned the very next day after payment. Highly recommended as friendly and knowledgable about the products and repair process. 11/10

Was slightly nervous about sending my phone off to a company I didn’t know however, I am delighted. Sent off for an iPhone rear glass replacement and it arrived back two days later looking perfect. Price is a fraction of the price Apple charge.

Only thing I’d say is to add to the instructions on sending (because I don’t think it’s there) to include a piece of paper with the order number and return address. I did so but wouldn’t have known how they would return it to me if I hadn’t! :)

Recently had my phone repaired by IDoctor, the phone was smashed,water damaged and minus a battery and yet they still managed to fix it all and save my data aswell. 10/10 service and communication.

I smashed the back of my phone a really long time ago and have never been fussed until I noticed chunks falling out the back last night. I found iDoctor online and called them this morning for information. I then dropped my phone off and just 3 hours later my phone was ready to pick up. The service was astonishing everyone was so kind and polite and the price was extremely decent. Would definitely recommend
