Hi Hala, thank you for your positive comment. Very happy to hear you had a smooth and pleasant experience with us. Hope to see you as one of our winners soon!
Attractive prices!
The attractive prices, the quality of their products, the varieties of prizes is just wonderful. The fact that it’s regulated by the Dubai government speaks volumes about its authenticity. The app is user friendly and fun to use. Their customer service is on point too. A bunch of my friends got lucky and won amazing prizes and I’m just waiting my turn! I won’t stop recommending Idealz!

What is the reason why only LOCALS get big prize money?
Small gifts are given to foreigners without giving big car and big money?
When people who work very hard buy tickets with high expectations,
Will you deceive them?

Hi Dear, thank you for your comment. We have winners from more than 80 nationalities and there is balancing who wins what. Campaigns with larger entry points have typically been bought more by certain nationalities and so it is only logical that such nationalities would appear more as winners. Having said this, our Porsche GT3 winner was an Indian National, our AED1,000,000 Eid Grand Prize was a Pakistani National, our VIP license plate winner was a Saudi National, and the list goes on. Do have a look at the winners section of the app or our listed winners on Instagram and you will find evidence to suggest otherwise.

Hi Dear, thank you for your comment. We can guarantee that if any deductions have been made erroneously, then it will be immediately refunded. Our systems utilize the best in class technology vendors and it is extremely unlikely that a random deduction was made as every purchase requires an OTP and verification from the cardholder. Do send your proof of deduction to info@idealz.com and we will promptly look at the case.

Hi theZowel and thank you for your comment. We have made more than 5,000 winners from over 80 nationalities with hundreds of new winners weekly. Buying 10 times and not winning does not mean we are not legitimate and fake. As I'm sure you are aware, winning is never guaranteed and some people have bought thousands of times and never won while some people have bought only once and won.
We welcome any and all scrutiny towards our business and want all our customers to check and question any aspect to feel comfortable buying from us. Feel free to visit our experience center where a member of our staff can assist you with any further queries you may have.
