Found there ad on Facebook!! Do not order from this company! There a total scam! They took my money and I paid for fast shipping! Product was NEVER sent out .my money was never refunded!

Never got my order

Never got my order. Can't get anybody to help, just a run around. I called the # and was told number disconnected, so 1 of 2 things you're either thieves or scammers.

One of the worst consumer deals in UAE

One of the worst consumer deals in UAE, I ordered my item with the delivery charges and after 1 month I continuously contact them for the delivery. They said they don’t have stock, on their app it’s showing in stock . I lost my money and they don’t have any responsibility to the customers. I will not recommend Idealz anymore 😞❌🚫

Many times, customers are not answering the courier representatives and the deliveries are being sent back. In either case, we will make sure your problem is 100% resolved.

You should change your cameraman…

You should change your cameraman immediately for live draws. He doesn't know how to fit entire stage in 1 screen. When the winning ticket is taken from the drum the camera changes to other person and then the announcement is made. How should we ensure the announced name is the same name pulled out from the drum?

PATHETIC PIECE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

First of all I would like to say that the way you sent instant confirmation on buying any ticket & the way you sent a complete mail confirming the draw date & winner name , to some extent i can trust that you are a Genuine organization in the business...

BUT KINDLY NOTE -

that you guys have the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM , YOU GUYS ARE NEVER REACHABLE NEITHER ON YOUR SUPPORT ID & NOR EVEN ON YOUR WHATS APP SUPPORT NUMBER...

As I was new to your site so I had many doubts , I MAILED YOU GUYS MILLION TIMES IN 1 MONTH & even messaged you on your WHATS APP NUMBER BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR TEAM ON BOTH THE PLATFORMS...

LOOK AT THE KIND OF STANDARDS YOU GUYS ARE FOLLOWING

FEEL ASHAMED OF IT

Hi Dear and thank you for your review. Every single winner who has come to collect and accepted being pictured is posted on our instagram and facebook accounts. The same image is also uploaded to both the website and app in the winners section. This has been the case since the start of the company in 2017. We kindly urge you to do slightly more investigating before making such a big claim.

I've been purchasing multiple tickets…

I've been purchasing multiple tickets monthly for last 7/8 months, investing a significant amount, yet luck hasn't favored me.
When I check the results, I experience two feelings 1. self-disappointment and 2. happiness for the winner. Hoping for a substantial jackpot win soon.
I trust Idealz but worry about potential fraud.
How can I confirm that my ticket is included in the jackpot draw?

Remaining optimistic about winning soon.
