I have been technically handicapped the whole time that technology has moved forward. Maeve Wiley my case manager has been the best tax manager I've ever dealt with. She's so patient and understanding about my ability to get things done with my taxes. I really feel I've been blessed with her being my tax manager. She helped me through a lot of things I new nothing about and she took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. Thanks for your whole staff and the support your company has given me throughout the whole process of back taxes and current taxes. In my opinion Ideal Tax is a blessing to people that need help with taxes and the strength to get caught up with their taxes. Lily Greene has been wonderful! She has been so patient when having to deal with me! I’m am disabled & don’t have half of my paperwork & she is so very helpful in telling me where I might find a copy of it. I also have a hard time comprehending, but yet she is so kind.

I was in a bit of a pickle with the IRS. I reached out to Ideal Tax for help. They assigned me to a case worker named Angela Morgan. From the minute I met Angela she put me at ease and I can’t say enough about her. From minute 1 she first eased my mind with her soft tone and her complete explanation of what’s going on and how we will attack it. I’m not the smartest knife in the drawer and Angela answered every question I had with a complete explanation. Then she would explain how would attack my issue and how Ideal Tax would fix it. Her soft tone, her kind spirit, has put this anxious man at such ease I’m no longer worried. I seriously hope the individuals that run Ideal Tax recognize the type of employee Angela is and they are smart enough to never let her slip away, she is that good. I literally was at the point I was going to let the IRS punish me with whatever they said. Once Ideal Tax put me in touch with Angela, she talked me of the edge and explained her game plan as to exactly how we (her and I) were going to attack it. As you can see I can’t say enough about her and the job she has done for me .
