My Rep Grace is Amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This company Ideal Tax is great. Much so due to the personal on board. My intake was handled by Kevin and my enrollment was handled by Katherine. When I tell you some the best customer service I ever received in my 36years of life. From two people at the same company. They both helped me get right with the IRS when things felt out of control. The experienced was like no other they keep me comfortable throughout, knowledgeable enough to help with any questions I had, respectful throughout the entire process so far. I have one more person to meet before I’m done, but I look forward to it. I thank Kevin and Katherine for helping me relive this stress. I also thank Ideal Tax for this experience which guided me to and affordable payment arrangements to get my IRS debts in order without penalty. I’m so ecstatic for this experience. My initial thoughts had me thinking maybe it’s not as simple as ads I saw on Facebook and Instagram but it was actually more simple than the ads explained with matching results. I so grateful I took the chance to better my situation. If you need help with your Taxes or IRS issues look no further than Ideal Tax. It’s so worth it. What i asked for it was dealt with, Grace was very knowledgeable, I wouldn't think twice to do it again. Grace will be the first person I'll be calling.

Lilly Reached out to me via phone snd email to communicate what she needed and completed amendments in a timely manner. She was patient in answering my questions and when I was locating what she needed. Very helpful.

Today I spoke with an Angel and her name is Katherine. Today’s call was to be short and to the point with information I had to give her.
As we were talking tears came running because I don’t have any family or friends to help me. Katherine took the time and talked to me like a true friend ( I needed that) and that makes all the difference in the world to someone who is going through hard times.

This company has remained true to their words. I've had really good communication with them from the start, and their service has been totally satisfactory.
