I went into Icrack in Market Harborough with my Iphone that would not charge. They cleaned out the charging port and got dust and debris out. After this it worked fine. Thay where very helpful and did not charge for sorting it out for me.

If i could give this shop zero stars i would. Avoid at all costs. They are total scammers and i have reported them to trading standards. I asked for the screen to be replaced but instead they ruined the phones sound so you couldn't hear anything. Not just that they put on a cheap rubbish screen (which they suggested was the best one) and it broke in a day. They then blamed us saying it was our fault and wouldn't give a refund of £60. Very rude, and awful customer service.

I have been to the Bournemouth store many times, over numerous years now, and every single experience has been 5 stars, including today when the my swapped a SIM and set up my new phone FREE. Great guys and I’ve recommended them to all my friends

Well baisically I got my iPad fixed when it was broken and I went to the store in Worthing where there is lots and baisically they said it would take around and hour! So when they were fixing it we came back to the store Beacuse it was just gone a hour and so they said oh we are not ready yet! And me and my dad were thinking like oh well that’s not right and so we went back and did our stuff and another hour had went by and we came back and they still said we are not ready so we just sat on some benches eating sm food near costa . And so we came back and it was ready and after our service I had to wait over a day to take of the tape on my iPad screen so when I did it started GHOSTING my iPad and it is not funny it is a very old iPad and I need a new one plus I hate it it has lines everywhere I give the Worthing store a rating of 1 !!

Just had a new screen fitted, they promised me that it will be an original genuine samsung oled screen for £145, I picked up the phone after 30mins covered in tape as they have to stick it back together, following day removed the tape and the back came off, i then typed in ☆#0☆# to bring up the service menu, this will only appear with an original samsung screen, it didn't so its NOT an original, futher examination proved this, I called the same day and no answer, I am not local so returning wasn't an option. NOT HAPPY!

My phone would not switch off , and had stalled, took it in today and was told it had a software problem and was fixed in 35 minutes. Great service. Thank you

We've all heard the term , rip off Britain, well these guys beat it all .I crack Bournemouth.
Let me explain, firstly I am an OAP . limited funds ..
Took my phone , with a broken charger point inside my phone was told it would cost £45 .
I paid ,, yet here is the best part ,,
It broke inside my phone about 4 weeks later , took it back to them , was met with the phrase , well it's physical damage it's another £45 , but we can do it for £30 .😂.
Had me over a barrel, he continued to lecture me that I was putting the charger lead in wrong ...
Damage inside the phone, how is it physical damage after just 4 weeks.
STAY AWAY , ITS A FRANCHISE,
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY HAVE DONE TO ME ,
you have all been warned .

Went to the Lichfield shop today for a broken camera on an IPhone 13Pro Max and a cracked screen on my daughter’s Samsung 24.
Service was absolutely amazing and both repaired properly with genuine parts within 2 hours. Prices were good and he clearly knows what he’s doing. I am very pleased to have both phones as good a new and all proper parts. Thanks and would definitely use you again

Police have been informed.
Money was exchange the next day by the staff, which clearly shows a sign a guilt as no questions were asked.

Went into Lichfield store for screen replacement my phone hasn't been the same since keeps glitching touch freezes on it so have to keep turning it off n back on to get the touch to work again apps are crashing all time surely this isent right

I required a replacement battery for my iPad Pro as the operation time had decreased over 5 years of use. The team at Poole were very helpful and arranged this replacement efficiently and my iPad is back with me in great condition. They noticed an issue with the charging port whilst with them and arranged that too for a very reasonable rate and all is great now. The new battery is significantly better and has extended operational time considerably. Great team and i would highly recommend.

on my phone.

Just visited I crack in Market Harborough with a big problem with my iPad Pro. After 10 -15 mins the gentlemen sorted it all out for me, he didn’t charge me a penny, so i was very grateful! Thanks again!

These guys always look for the best solution, not the most expensive.
I have been to them with a battery on my iPhone not holding charge, a cracked screen on the same iPhone and a cracked screen protector.
They are always very welcoming and professional and have sorted out all my issues with the minimum of fuss. If they can, they fix it there and then. If not then they will tell me to come back in an hour and it is always fixed.
Highly recommend everyone to use them!
