Did a good job fixing my iPad 8 touchscreen, turning it around in 2 days (5 days from booking to getting it back because I don’t live in central London). They will probably insist on preceding the repair with a £20 diagnostic check, and the out-of-London courier charge is another £30. The repair itself was 50% more than a competitor, but the competitor’s reviews left me worried, and icorrect offer 1 year warranty.

I had spilt half a cup of water on my macbook and it was immediately unresponsive. I took it to the Apple store and I was told that the damage was too great. They said they could repair it but the cost would be a lot and I would likely lose everything. So, at that point I thought I had lost my macbook to water damage.

But then I came across iCorrect and I thought to myself ‘I have nothing to lose, let me send my macbook to them for a diagnostic’. They soon came back to me to let me know that they could repair my macbook for a very reasonable price, so I went for it!

After a day or two, my macbook was fully repaired and they sent it back the next day. When I turned on my macbook, it was almost as if nothing had happened to it in the first place. They were able to completely repair it and I didn’t lose a single thing. Especially after what Apple had told me, I was so happy.

If Apple have given you a negative report, you MUST give iCorrect a go. And if you’ve just damaged your device, skip the Apple store visit and go straight to iCorrect.

We tried iCorrect for 2 Macbook Pro M1 repairs and now have an account with them as a business. They have repaired about 5 macbook pros. Quicker than Apple and for a fair price. Apple usually take 5-10 days. In my experience, iCorrect can turn them around in 3-7 days. Their courier service with Gophr/Stuart is excellent. We had one issue where a battery connector either wasn't replaced properly or fell out during transit, and iCorrect were very apologetic and corrected the issue within a few hours. Would recommend to businesses or individuals.

Very professional friendly service these guys are proper technicians not like the myriad of phone repair shops on the high street. I originally went to Apple who were really unhelpful these guys are better and reasonably priced.
